General review
The company and product choices are fantastic. The costs for these drinks are not too overly expensive although these are specialised drinks.
The disappointment factor was the delivery boxes that had some small bug insects inside. It made me question the hygiene of supply.
I can confirm that the drinks were safe to drinks and nothing was found.
I suggest that storage boxes are reviewed before supply.

Nutricia PreOp drinks
Easy to order the drinks from the website.
The drinks are to be taken before an operation, 4 the day before and 2 a few hours before the op ie 6 in total. They are sold in packs of 4, so I had to buy 8 drinks in total, so paid for 2 drinks that I don’t need and will be thrown away. Nonsense!
Arrived a day late due to DHL, no reason given

The reasonable bulk price. Their communication, I wrote to check why shortage of delivery, they're satisfactorily quick to respond, refunded for the unavailability of stock, the fast delivery well pack order and the overall professionalism, I will definitely do business with them
