Product arrived and contents of box was all intact.
Next day delivery did not happen. DHL send email saying delivery was delayed and would arrive the next day. Parcel box arrived really dented. Box was much larger than one layer at least large enough for 4 layers of bottles.
Fortunately Ensure bottles were safe, undamaged.

Products with too close expiry date and no shame about it
Following a purchase order that l made in November, they sent me products that expire 1st Feb and when l recognised and contacted them, they said there is nothing they can do.

My only suggestion would be able to pick and choose your own flavours to make up your own personal mixed box of 10 instead of them being made up for you, only because some flavours aren't always as palatable to drink as others

My wife has a cancer diagnosis. Supplements - apparently - need to come via dietician - one month wait for appointment with them - so purchased through Nutri Drinks - who offered the choice we were looking for and only a 2 day wait - nice result

I can see that you did place your order on Friday 19th of January after 11:00 am, therefore your order was processed the next working day, in this case Monday 23rd of January.
As per our Delivery Policy, https://www.nutridrinks.co.uk/delivery-policy, all Northern Ireland orders are delivered 48 hours after despatch, that wold be the 25th of January, which is the date you have receied the parcel.
Regarding the cost, that is the standard shipping cost to NI.
I hope this has not caused any inonvenience.
