Buy this if you only want it to last 8 months After sales service is poor. Lots of road blocks to getting a fair deal if it goes bad. Easier to throw away than to deal with customer service.

I received the new battery Iand it does…
I received the new battery and it does not work. It is the wrong battery, I believe.
I have already sent pictures of the old and new batteries so you can work out which battery to replace it with.
I received a second reply asking for a video of it not working. It does not work. I do not want this battery and I can send it back. The old battery works in the charger but obviously does not for long in the machine.

The battery arrived promptly, and was very well packaged. After charging, the first time l used it was disappointed in the short time it worked for. Charged it again and have been very satisfied with the performance. Good buy and good price.

I couldn't get a Dyson V8 SV10 battery anywhere else, including from Dyson.

Battery saved the day.
My Samsung stick vacuums battery wasn't holding charge, not wanting to buy a new one, I started to look for new batteries. This site was easy to navigate, and I located a suitable option, much cheaper than a new vacuum.

Good find, but......
The battery was very easy to find and order. They gave me the instructions on how to change it, which was great. The only niggle is the amount of time it took to get here. It was 12 days, and considering it came from Auckland to Whangarei, by courier, I believe this to be too long. Also, the tracking number did not come up when I checked.

The battery fitted the appliance fine…
The battery fitted the appliance fine but it doesn't fit the Samsung charger. Consequently it almost useless. Are you able supply a wall charger for this battery?

Very happy with the battery for my…
Very happy with the battery for my Xiaomi robot vacuum, and the fact that it came with a screwdriver! Been using it for a few days now and it's been perfect. So happy to be able to prolong the life of my old robot vacuum by replacing it's battery.

Great packaging with the new battery…
Great packaging with the new battery and came with two screw drivers and a couple of picking tools. They are very helpful and the job is done within 5 mins. My Bose Sound mini speaker is back to life again. Great vendor!

Delayed delivery
I am happy with the service and product from NZ Battery.
I do however want to bring it to your attention that the courier service Aramex did not comply to your delivery standard of 2-3 days, and had the parcel in their Auckland depo until 9 March before sending it to the local depo and took more tjan 7 business days to be delivered. The parcel only had movement after I queried this with Aramex.

There are other options in NZ. Pay a little more for your transaction, and the details should be safe. Their live chat is also a scam.
NO RESPONSE, and they use 17Track as the shipping party, which is most fraudulent.
