Buy this if you only want it to last 8 months After sales service is poor. Lots of road blocks to getting a fair deal if it goes bad. Easier to throw away than to deal with customer service.

Roborock s7 Battery
Purchased a replacement battery for our Roborock s7 vacuum. Very happy with the product, yesterday the old battery wouldn’t make it over 10 minutes before running flat, today it’s just finished a 35 minute clean with the new battery installed and still has about 50% charge remaining.

Battery didn't work
Installed battery, worked first time and charged. After a couple of days laptop would not stay on with battery connected. Installed old battery and everything works fine. Battery is faulty, but apparently I have to send video of it not working to get any redress. I would not use or recommend this service to anyone.

Fast service and delivery to Kāpiti as the laptop battery needed was in stock at their Auckland warehouse. Just installed and product initially appears to be working all good. Came with a basic toolset which was awesome.

Aramex was very slow at delivery. It took 6 days from Auckland to Northland. NZ Post would have taken 1 day.

Good battery but with a few small annoyances
The battery seems to be very good although I haven't really it used it much yet. And it even came with well written instructions and a tiny screwdriver. Shipping was pretty fast as I received it earlier than I anticipated. There's only a few things that keep me from giving it 5 stars...
It fits into the Dyson vacuum like the original but doesn't fit smoothly into the charging base station which is something you do frequently of course. You have to wiggle and push it in much harder than the original or it doesn't make contact and charge. Not sure why but it seems the connector on the battery might be slightly misaligned.
It arrived securely packed and protected which is nice but the box was full of foam and bubble wrap which is all not-recyclable. I recommend the company switches to using 100% recyclable packaging materials.
Oh one more thing... the company offers a future product discount in exchange for leaving a 5 star review. Hmm....

The battery is great
The battery is great, they were quick to get it out but Aramex couriers are hopeless. Aramex claimed that they were unable to deliver to an office building with ground floor reception in the middle of Takapuna, and didn't bother to advise me. Eventually received it, it took a full week to get across town.
