We live in London and had specific requirements re. the type of beds and a delivery schedule for our Chamonix apartment. Luxury British Beds of parent company Foresttec Ltd were able to fulfil these, and at a competitive price. Daniel on the sales chat facility and David in sales-and-ordering were very helpful and patient, answering all of my questions and making useful suggestions. Their delivery man Bruce had a nightmare journey down through France, but kept me fully informed and succeeded in keeping to our tight schedule. We had paid the additional amount for Bruce to assemble the beds - this was money well spent - he was fast! Although we had been a little concerned about the possible pitfalls of ordering beds online, everything went smoothly. The beds look great and are very comfortable. Many thanks David, Daniel & Bruce! Arrived pretty much 4 weeks to the date of ordering it. Bruce called to let me know he would be delivering it later the same day and even though he got delayed by traffic, it arrived early evening. Really pleased with the quality of it too.

I felt however the customer service in the run up to my delivery was somewhat lacking. Delivered 12 weeks from purchase and no regular updates.

First class furniture, just what I wanted. The driver Andrew Malone was very friendly and helpful and was on time on Saturday morning.

I will be happy to recommend Oak Furniture Spain to friends, co-workers and expats here In France who want items that are ready to use and made of solid wood and not cheap chipboard self assembly kits.

The quality of the table is excellent but the outstanding part was the delivery service by Bruce and his assembly of the table for us.

Very good service, we had the "premium delivery" which included unpacking and installation in the room of our choice. All done quickly and efficiently. Furniture looks fabulous.

Thank you for your service. The delivery was great with Andy keeping in touch re date and time. As it was he managed to get my chair to me a day early which was fantastic. Despite the lack of installation instructions Andy got everything sorted in record time. I would highly recommend this company and particularly their deliver man Andy.

My daughter and I stumbled upon the luxury British bed website while searching the web for brass beds. when we saw the photos we gasped at the beauty, the luxury and the price (which seemed fair but somewhat above our means at the time) We hesitated for several months but just couldn't get that excellent first impression out of our minds. Finally we broke down and ordered not one but two brass beds. Instantly we felt relief knowing we would be getting the best and most beautiful sleeping experience possible. Every time we get into bed it feels like Christmas. Andy who delivered the beds spent hours setting them up and was absolutely charming. A dream come true all round!!

We have not yet visited the chalet ourselves, but friends who used it over Christmas had a wonderful time and I am sure that includes the new beds. We will look forward very much to trying them ourselves; hopefully this season!

Your driver went above and beyond to help with the delivery, especially given that he was delivering on his own. I felt so sorry for him that the delivery delay due to fuel strikes meant that his delivery date hit the snowfall. Please thank him again very, very much for all his help and for keeping us in touch with his progress and sending photos.

I have already recommended you to a few other people looking for new beds in Europe.

Brilliant staff both in sales and delivery. Furniture of a very high standard and the prices are good. I would definitely recommend this company to both friends and family thinking of setting up home or a holiday home in Spain

The service I have received has been amazing right from my initial contact with David, the customer care, the fact they have done exactly what they said they would. I can not thank the team enough. David advised me and kept in touch every step of the way, brilliant service thank you. Then the star on top of this was Andy the delivery man, Andy was on time and let's be clear here! we ordered various items of furniture from the turin painted range . it was ordered very easily and arrived at our house in nerja on the costa del sol , on the date and time that was promised.
