I have been having horrible issues using Microsoft Co-Pilot to enhance photos or create illustrations. It just started failing every time several weeks ago, always telling me to try again. So, I finally decided to pay the extra money for the premium service to resolve the issue, but it did not and now I'm stuck paying them around another $10 a month for ZERO VALUE!! Because my photo enhancements and Illustrations are still FAILING!! Do not TRUST THEM!!!

God help you if you ever need support for this product. Had a massive problem with migrating data to 365 and their fixes just broke other parts of the software. Their permissions system is a total disaster. Fixing Outlook, wrecked access to OneDrive and OneNote. 200 hours so far to try and fix the problem. Its the worst support in the business. Outsourced to India with very low quality advisors who barely understand English and never bother to read anything properly answering just the 1 question they want to and ignoring the rest. It takes 3 to 5 days for EACH reply by email and if you go on the phone they will have you running in circles for several hours. This software is not fit or purpose without proper support. They have refused all requests for refunds without so much as an explanation as to why. They have acknowledged the issue is at their end but so far Im 2 months and counting without proper access to core business products. If you have another choice instead of Microsoft like Google which is simpler I would choose that otherwise your stuck paying fortunes to MS Partners s to pay to fix MS crap products. I'll be doing a chargeback and sending them a bill for any extra time for MSPs to resolve it.

Seit dem neuen Update funktioniert bei mir einiges nicht mehr wie vorher. Trotz diverser Hilfen und korrekten Einstellungen klappt es einfach nicht mehr. Ich war immer ein Fan von Office, aber es wird auch hier immer schlechter, weil die Macher es wohl besser machen wollen. Gut gewollt ist hier aber leider nicht gut gekonnt.
Ich werde mich leider nach einer Alternative umsehen.
Bin sehr gerne bereit Geld zu bezahlen, aber nicht, wenn dann nix wie gewohnt funktioniert und ich jedes Jahr eine neue "Einarbeitung" brauche. Das habe ich schon in meiner Firma und brauche es nicht noch privat.
No support or communication for Business customers
I have been on their business plan for over a month now with over 20+ users across our company. Im beyond disappointed with Microsoft.
I have no account manager for any tech issues, questions or troubleshooting. Their contact us support number is an AI bot cycle that always leads to a dead end; regardless what IVR options you select. The admin support chat in the app reverts you to the website ONLY.
And requesting to speak to a human is almost impossible. Ive spent a few weeks trying and its been the hardest, time-wasting experience yet. After several weeks I finally got a response from a human to my simple request for a 'demo' of the tools, but they only operate outside of business hours in Australia because they only use the IST timezone. So no Australian support whatsoever... Literally impossible to get any human help or basic support. And I'm a 'business customer' paying premium. What a truly poor service. Zero customer support. Would not recommend.

Frustrate
I have been using Microsoft for years and never ever had a problem. I have paid twice once for my subscription yesterday (18/04/26) and again today as I was advised by the robot to upgrade to premium for copilot 365 to work. I am unable to download word or anything Ive paid for on my android phone. Why pay for something I could even use

if I could rate office 365 a 0 I would. AI has ruined it. It is basically unusable now if you want to use ANY app other than outlook (although recently outlook hasn't even worked on my computer). Sharing documents (the main reason I use an online version of these apps) is such an enormous pain. Over 50% of the time, there is an issue accessing, viewing, or editing the file. The site is extremely slow ever since copilot has integrated into it, and now copilot is my landing page rather than an app selection page which I find extremely annoying. The site is not customizable to suit your experience, it is such a pain to navigate you have to use 2 factor authentication consistently just to access several apps... I could go on.

My PC (and everybody on the network) freezes for hours at end, throwing out critical errors. It is the most ridiculous, frustrating crap I have ever encountered!!! It continually clashes with other Microsoft prohrams, and slows my computer DRAMATICALLY! Don't waste your money! It is useless.

Microsoft does not employ any human beings. They've all been replaced with bots, AI, and terrible customer service. I've been caught in a loop for over a year in which my authenticator app tells me to go get a code from my authenticator app and doesn't provide any sort of code. Microsoft's not so helpful tip is to contact my admin. Guess what, Microsoft. I am the admin!

Terrible product, they shut down your email while they try to upsell you with more products. If you try to get support, they actually block you from getting support. Eventually, they give you access to your email after a few days, of course with no apologies.

Jeg har i dag betalt 789 kr for et år med Microsoft designer. Nu har jeg brugt det i et par timer - og det virker ikke mere. "Du har ikke flere kreditter", får jeg besked om. Jeg kan så læse mig til, at kreditter genopfyldes i starten af hver måned. Dvs 789 kr for to timer om måneden?
