Microsoft does not employ any human…

Microsoft does not employ any human beings. They've all been replaced with bots, AI, and terrible customer service. I've been caught in a loop for over a year in which my authenticator app tells me to go get a code from my authenticator app and doesn't provide any sort of code. Microsoft's not so helpful tip is to contact my admin. Guess what, Microsoft. I am the admin!

Jeg har i dag betalt 789 kr for et år…

Jeg har i dag betalt 789 kr for et år med Microsoft designer. Nu har jeg brugt det i et par timer - og det virker ikke mere. "Du har ikke flere kreditter", får jeg besked om. Jeg kan så læse mig til, at kreditter genopfyldes i starten af hver måned. Dvs 789 kr for to timer om måneden?
Er der et sted at kontakte? Nej da.

I use office 365 for work (I can't do otherwise) daily unfortunately

I use office 365 excel for spreadsheets, well the FORMULAS don't work at all... ZERO intuitiveness, A LOT OF QUIRKS AT EVERY CORNER. a really frustrating experience. Avoid at all costs. It's laughable when they ask for annual subscription for this laughstock. I use mine under company account.

They have invested a lot at the looks and they neglected user experience. The result? User-friendliness is far below the line.

Absolute shambles of an organisation. Absolute no human contact available to resolve any issues. You are asked to sign in to receive help with your issue, but when your account is blocked your basically just left in the dark. Pathetic

Alle Jahre neue Hürden

Alle Jahre neue Hürden. Als kleiner MSP kämpfe ich mich jedes Jahr zu Jahresbeginn erneut durch die Ànderungen von Microsoft. Die Produkte will ich ja gar nicht mal Bewerten. Ausser das neue Outlook viel sinloses dabei hat und keine Ambitionen für notwendigen Internetverkehr zeigt. Ist ja klar man hat es einfach.
Stelt sich immer mehr die Frage nach Alternativen zu Micosoft.
Oder halt Zähme zusammenbeissen und dabei beliben.
Freie Wahl der Produkte :-(

It's shameful ...

It's shameful the trouble I have to go through just to pay for my monthly Microsoft 365 subscription, despite being an early adopter of Microsoft products. I'm 70 years old and a telecommunications engineer, and the saddest part is, I couldn't even manage to pay. I got tired of changing passwords, dealing with authenticators—it was a never-ending maze. When you finally let me PAY and use Excel, let me KNOW!

Unfassbar. MS Office 365. Kein automatisches Speichern mehr wenn nicht ONEDRIVE genutzt wird? Ihr solltet wegen unfairer Praktiken einen Mulitmilliardenstrafe bekommen... Ich gehe jetzt jedenfalls OpenSource. Keine braucht eure dumme KI, die eh nichts kann.

Outrageous % Price Increase

While the underlying product is good, increasing a family (£79.99) annual subscription by over 30% to £104.99 in one go appears excessive, disingenuous and downright greedy.
I say disingenuous because I understand that much of the extra cost relates to new AI capabilities. However, like many people, I do not need AI assistance. In fact, I don't even need some Office products: I use Word and Excel, but not PowerPoint, Outlook etc. so I am already paying for product that I don't use.
It is sad and disappointing to see an organisation that occupies (if not a monopoly then at least) a dominant market position abusing it by applying excessive price increases to a captive customer base.

As I am not prepared to pay a £25 annual increase, I've had to reduce my family subscription to a personal one for 2025-2026. Chances are that next year I will end a 30+ year period as a Microsoft Office customer. What a shame.

Truly awful customer support

Truly awful customer support. After many many calls and emails I still cannot log into my admin account. I just want to cancel my subscriptions but I can't even do this until I gain access. I'm essentaily paying more the worse the support is.

Furious

I have been trying to contact microsoft for 2 days. I bought in Dec 24 the license, without realising I cannot add it to my Del laptop as it has a VPN. I took the hit. But now my emails are ignored, I can't get anyone to answer the phone. And they have emailed me to say they are taking £84.99 on the 13thNov25. I had 2 days to cancel. The email is dated 13th Nov, so how on earth can I cancel. This is appalling. If microsoft bother to read these. Contact me

Office 365 just keeps going from bad to worse

Office 365 just keeps going from bad to worse. So many features I love have been broken over the past few years, and Word now has far more bugs than before. The last straw has been replacing the Outlook editor with something very crude/useless, and now none of my shortcuts work any more...

Please just revert to the versions you had a couple of years ago, and STAY THERE. Stop your amateur attempts to redevelop Office, you just keep screwing it up.

Microsoft set up our Tennant…

Microsoft set up our Tennant incorrectly. They said they fixed it, they did not. I am now having to pay £2k for someone to come and set one up again and migrate all our data over to the new Tennant. Typical big business who doesn't care about anyone but themselves.

Microsoft 365-keine Kundendienst!

Microsoft 365-I paid for it on August 18th and suddenly Microsoft deactivated. Microsoft is not even acknowledging I have a subscription when I try to activate but my account shows I paid for it. Microsoft has no interest in providing customer service either. Use Pages, much more user-friendly! Microsoft sucks!

Worst service ever, email used to be free, suddenly I pay a subscription to be locked out of my email, saying storage is full even though there's Microsoft 365 charges coming off my cc, as well as one drive and cloud, all charged from Microsoft, but no access to these services, not to mention the fact that you can't get a hold of anyone, but when I finally did, the guy tried to tell me I had to pay $150 for him update or something so it could work ..WTH
I will cancel everything, loose all my photos and old emails before paying another dime for this BS

Microsoft Greed

It's bad enough that Microsoft made this a "subscription" that has to be renewed every year, but now they increased the yearly subscription by over 40%. Is the software going to work better, do the customers get anything additional or is it because they included copilot and that justifies the hugh increase annually. This is what happens when companies have a monopoly over certain products or areas and do not have any competition. They can do whatever they want because most customers don't really have much of a choice.

I'd give it zero if possible. 365 has been the biggest pile of rubbish since inception and now is worse than ever.

These morons need to realise being connected to the internet SHOULD BE secondary to every other function in the software.

I recently did a search in new outlook and i got a message saying there are no matching emails online do you want to search locally? Tards.

This is only the tip of the iceberg though, i tried to copy a pic from outlook recently and then tried to paste it into word via control v but guess what nothing was pasted other than a place holder. Now for some idiotic reason control v isn't enough you have to right click then click paste image, another clever move.

Then theres the ridiculous file page (used to be a menu) within all the office garbage. Browse should be the first thing to open when clicking save etc NOT the ambiguous crap for onedrive.

Onedrive takes over steals files and the only way to get the files back out in bulk is the most cumbersome program i have ever seen.

Imho Microsoft no longer deserves anyones business

Updates every other day

Updates every other day. Search function does not work. Slow and very needy , wants a lot of memory to achieve the worst possible office experience. Utter garbage.
