Tom came and replaced my front door…

After an engineer not turning up
After an engineer not turning up, and a customer service agent not calling me back as promised I spoke to a lovely lady today (unfortunately I didnt catch her name) she apologised for the way id been treated and sorted out a new appointment. She also sorted out another repair I needed, nothing was too much trouble and she certainly eased my frustration from my first experience.

Excellent customer service
The lady i spoke to on customer service went above and beyond to sort out my leaking extention roof. I cant remember her name. She was excellent.

Mark from the mould team arrived on time, he was very polite and well mannered
He carried out the work that was required ( spray and treat all the mould) he did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish would very much be happy to have in my home again if the need to have more work done

Window Seal
The sealant on the window had come away from the frame. The Onward operative (DawnH), had noticed the frame seal wasn't fully secured (I had noticed the sealant after I heard the recent strong winds coming through the edge of the window). The frame was fully inspected and filled with foam which will hopefully reduce the chances of the sealant coming away again (and the draughts). I was very thankful for the work (more than first realised on the surface) and help with a previous problem from the from the front door fitting too! Thank you for the attention to detail!

Mark from the mold team was very nice and explained everything he did to fix the mold in my bathroom and it was a seamless positive experience :) and he was nice to my dogs

Was lucky to have my joinery…
Was lucky to have my joinery appointment brought forward . Female joiner attended who was polite ,informative and took time to listen to my concerns. Completed a thorough check of the doors and made a temporary fit for purpose repair . Further appointment made by the joiner at the time of her visit for a inspection. Could not fault the service received from the joiner . Thank you Onward

I spoke to a gentleman called Michael…
I spoke to a gentleman called Michael who was polite, professional and patient. He spent some time explaining how my central heating worked so I could get it back on. unfortunately I was unable to turn it back on. So he arranged for a Gas Engineer to come out to the property.

Today I met Kelly from the Neighbourhood Lancashire East Team, I was extremely apprehensive before my appointment,I didn't need to be she put me at ease, was very professional, thorough and friendly.
