We are very sorry for this situation. I have taken a look and unfortunately we were 24 hours behind the dispatch estimate due to a staff shortages and high influx of orders. We do apologise for the 24 hour delay.

Ordered my items Sunday and used the free delivery offer got notification from FedEx that it would be delivered Tuesday took the day off work and it didn't arrive contacted Opie oils on chat was told the tracking meant nothing and I should have paid if I wanted quicker delivery. Please note I have an email saying my order has been delayed from FedEx... so I guess I'm not a valued customer and you have to pay extra to Opie oils for service. Basically you can't trust the tracking and the online chat support is awful so if you value customer service and honesty go elsewhere
Having read there reply never had these issues with tracking with anyone else and I worked in the freight industry so i don't need a patronising explanation
.as stated awful experience won't use again

Hello, thank you for your review. We are sorry for the issues you have experienced. I would firstly like to say that we value all of our customers. From new to existing, small orders to large. We will always endeavour to do our upmost to help and meet the customers needs.
On this occasion, your order was placed over the weekend when we were closed. Your order was among many other orders that were received. We will always try and dispatch every order that is received as soon as possible.
We do offer the option for "priority" this means that the order will be dispatched sooner.
This does not mean that we will only dispatch these types of orders but instead get them dispatched quicker.
Regarding the email from FedEx, your order confirmation that you receive once you place your order contains the below information:
"if your order is being sent via FedEx, you may receive an email from them with a tracking number. This means that we've booked the delivery with FedEx, but doesn't necessarily mean that we've made it available for them to collect or that it's been picked up by them. The tracking number is valid, but will not show activity within the FedEx network until their first parcel scan."
We strive to do our very best both post & pre sale. We are sorry that your experience was not a positive one on this occasion, we have done as much as we can to inform & assist you with this order.

Superb service! Ordered wrong auto transmission oil. (easy to do.. (a jolly nightmare between auto and manual boxes!) but refunded original purchase immedietely and sorted right oil as well- Incredible customer service! 5 star!! Book 'em Danno!
