Absolutely delighted with the service I received from Oxtrad Tools, I ordered a Hyundai lawnmower last Saturday morning and it arrived at my house at 0930 on Tuesday morning. I received an email from the company on Monday morning advising that the lawnmower had been shipped via TNT with a tracking number and I’d intended to look on the TNT tracking on the Tuesday to see where it was but hey presto it was here before I got a chance to look.
As well as great service Oxtrad Tools couldn’t be beaten on price, I’ve been looking at this particular lawnmower on line for a number of months and Oxtrad tools were considerably cheaper than Amazon and I’d prefer to support independent companies whenever possible so ordered from them and I couldn’t be happier, 5* service from start to finish.
As for the lawnmower (Hyundai 530SPER) very simple to put together screwed the handles on, attached a couple of cables and job done, took about 5 minutes! Filled with oil (supplied with the lawnmower) , charged the battery for 5 hours as per instructions put some petrol in and pressed the button and started immediately, haven’t cut the lawns yet but looks very simple to operate and height adjustment very easy with just one lever to operate, so again delighted with the product.
All in all a 5*+ experience , Oxtrad Tools great company to deal with !
