Difficulties logging into the new portal due to my location, great support service from Louie Arrowsmith in getting me sorted. Very patient and super quick with responses to my queries or problems.
Court manager ignore emails and calls
Trying to get hold of the court manager is next to impossible. Ignores emails and never calls back. Really don’t know how they can treat leaseholders like this. It is deplorable and needs addressing with some urgency. Absolutely disgusting

Refuse To Admit They Have Received Paymet On Time.
I paid Pier Management ground rent 2 weeks prior to the deadline and they confirmed eveything was up to date and yet 6 months on, despite me repeatedly sending proof of payment, they still have a solicitor chasing me for late fees. Truly unprofessional.
Very positive experience
A great experience with Pier and Joel Blewer (senior portfolio managers) in particular. We were experiencing issues with a managing agent and Pier (representing the head leaseholder) resolved them for us in a practical and pragmatic way. It saved us an enormous amount of cost and hassle and we are very grateful indeed.
Pier management is a joke
Pier management is a joke. Hiding behind their terms and conditions which conflict with lease agreements just to get more money out of you for nothing. They are a waste of space I could do a better job than them.

Reliable, fair and professional freeholder
We have a great working relationship with the team at Pier as one of our major freehold clients. They are responsive, professional, and always willing to help with any queries from any of our team.
They are a proactive, customer focused client who supports their managing agent whilst ensuring their leaseholders are also supported and listened too.
Outstanding service and support to get our Landlord’s deed of certificate
We really didn’t understand what we needed to put our leaseholder flat on the market. Our estate agent required us to evidence that any agreed sale wouldn’t fall through because of technical /regulatory issues .Which meant we had to provide a Landlord’s deed of certificate (who really understands what that is???) & supporting evidence. We are so grateful to Kelly & Theresa who made our journey to get the Deed of Certificate and supporting evidence we needed. They made it all so much less traumatic because they were warm, responsive & understood our ignorance. They supported us and made us feel what we were trying to do mattered. Their customer service is truly outstanding. Thank you to them both.

Unfortunately the part hived off to Centrick isn't so easy would be nice if Pier Management could deal with Centrick internally.

Having to contact many housing management companies throughout my daily duties I must say that Pier Management have to be the most professional that I have come across to date. The overcharge situation still…
The overcharge situation still continues ! Despite statements from their own solicitors. I believe they work in a culture which prohibits error admission.
Their accounting methods are chaotic.About to invoice them for overcharge plus interest. Which of course they will still continue to deny ! I refuse to give up !
