I rang Policywave in the hope they’d give me a cheaper car insurance quote for my learner car and they went over and beyond with the price they gave me. I want to say a special thanks to Bradford who was my advisor. His customer service skills were 10/10 and was very attentive to all my needs and did an excellent job at explaining everything to me. I can’t thank him enough for helping me out.

The process was smooth and straight forward

Really bad and mis leading, i regret not reading reviews. Most of their customers had same issue , they take you with low quote and then cancel your insurance and take your money . In reviews they said they are Broker not insurance, yes they are brokers who break you for money

RIP off Admin charges
£50 for an admin charge for changing my address was a disgrace when I was charged £16 for the same change with another insurer in my other car
However the Agent was excellent and friendly - somewhat dulled the blow

I called up for a quote for PDI insurance and was put through to Bradford. Who went above and beyond for me, helped me run quotes for a few different vehicles, fully explained every aspect of the policies and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He also managed to beat the best quote I had received from all the other insurers and brokers I’d contacted and with more beneficial extras in the policy such as courtesy car, excess waver and public liability. I’m extremely grateful for Bradford’s help in making a potentially stressful process easy and looking out for my best interests as a new instructor.
