I've used Policywave for around 10 years, they've always reliable and get great premiums, always easy to deal with, even with claims. Absolutely recommend 👌
The waiting time for phones to be answered is way too long and sometimes the phone hangs up then you have to go through the process all over again

first of all Policywave contacted me well in advance
so as i would not forget and be all in a rush to find insurance cover. they found me a very good price to which was the best price for me, not the cheapest nor the dearest because i did phone around.
The staff took there time to explain every thing to me in detail even this was a renewal. And the payment over the internet was much more easier than last year, which for a old guy like me it was a blessing.

For renewal, it should be easy!
It took multiple phone calls, to multiple agents to complete my renewal.
Sadly, several members of staff failed to do what was asked of them and often did not bother to call back as requested.

Dreadful experience when making a simple nonfault claim
I had to make a simple non-fault claim where the third party admitted liability straight away and I also had dashcam footage. The whole process was dreadful, I had to deal with numerous companies and it took 6 months to get resolved (and that was only done when I intervened and spoke to the third party insurance myself)

They are very good to what they do
They are very good to what they do I would definitely recommend,also they have this policy which they will bit any quote and they stand by it .

Jamie was really friendly wasn’t pushy and quoted for exactly what I wanted and the best bit was the quote as it was a lot lower for exactly the same things from somewere else so was really pleased
