Fantastic experience and lighting company. Ordered first Lamp came packaged to perfection 👌. Emailed them to ask if they had another identical Lamp, they kindly said if another came in they would contact me. True to there promise I received a phone call to say another had arrived in store. Again probably the best packaging I've ever received to avoid any damage in transit. Really good company and very good staff. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. I would absolutely 💯 % recommend Poole Lighting Factory. Also the price was unbelievable. The same lamps were £45 each more per Lamp in another well known store. A saving of £80 in total. BARGAIN!!! WELL DONE Poole Lighting. Thank you.

Good price as well, I think it was cheaper than the original one we got

The BEST customer service …
I bought the gold monkey wall light and absolutely love it. Unfortunately, there was a little problem with it but the company have been absolutely superb at dealing with it. Very impressed and will definitely be using Poole Lighting again.

Two lamps delivered in good time with…
Two lamps delivered in good time with great tracking and well packed. Lamps only had two pin sockets but when l contacted Poole lighting factory they sent adaptors by 1st class post arriving next day. They have great customer service and sell lighting available from well know stores with great discounts. Second time l have used them and will again. Thankyou PLF
