Great ordering and pick up took one star off only because the last light I ordered when I picked up lovely young lady remindedme I needed a light bulb so really I should if giving her 6 stars the lad waslovely polite just forgot to remind me to take a light bulb

Made a great deal with this returned pendant light. The quality was excellent, quick delivery and sturdy cardboard centre insert and packaging to give good transport protection. Installed and fabulous effect and functionality .

Awful
Awful, no response to emails after purchasing a LAP solar light 6 months ago which has failed and after inspection water ingress has destroyed it , poor unit and poor customer service , charge back will be started now. Avoid.

To clarify the timeline, we received a single email from you on 21st May and your 1-star review was posted on 22nd May, less than 24 hours later. Upon receiving your email, we immediately forwarded your concerns to our Quality and Product Development teams to determine whether the issue you reported was a known fault and to obtain the most accurate advice for you. At the time, we were awaiting their response.
We would also note that our response times were slightly impacted due to reduced staffing levels during the half-term holiday period.
Despite this, we have now processed a full refund for your purchase. While we understand your frustration with the product failure, we feel that a 1-star review based on less than a day's wait for a response does not fairly reflect the efforts made to investigate and resolve your concern.
We take product quality and customer service seriously and always aim to provide a fair and satisfactory resolution when issues arise.

The best customer service I have…
The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Ordered some lights and unfortunately one glass shade was broken. Emailed them and got a reply within the hour and a new piece was sent and arrived 2 days later. Outstanding! Highly recommend
