We have checked both our records and the courier tracking information and can confirm that we have not received any emails or contact from you regarding a missing parcel prior to this review.
According to DPD's tracking records, the parcel was marked as delivered on 9 June 2026 at 15:42, with photographic proof of delivery provided. The tracking also shows the parcel was received by "HOLLAND".
