I had missed the deadline to order my daughters leavers hoodie. They responded straight away. Even got back to me days after inquiring about it. Since it was a special order they helped me so much. Thank you again for your help and one happy teenager now.

Ordered a leavers hoodie over a month ago no communication apart from it's been picked and packed and nothing since if no update received by 8th may I'm taking it to trading standards as the 30 days for delivery has passed under distance selling regulations

We are really saddened to read your review. The service we provide for the leavers hoodies is that you are given a date that you have to order by. Once that date has passed, we collate all the orders for the hoodies, print them and despatch them to your school. The school then hand them out to the students so that they all enjoy receiving their hoodies at the same time. There is normally at least a month timeframe to allow all parents time to order. The dates that the hoodies are delivered into school will have been on the product when you ordered it so we are sorry that you have missed this communication. Your school should also have communicated to you the date you can expect to receive it. If you can please call us, we can find out what school your child is at and let you know when the school will receive the hoodies. Thanks.

Thank you for sending the photograph of the blazer concerned and having passed it on to our technical department within our buying team, it was determined that the fault was not a manufacturing one. I appreciate you disagree with our judgement and we are very sorry that you are disappointed but we have not had any similar issues brought to our attention recently. I understand you had an issue with the top pocket quite early on. It's really important you get in touch with us as soon as you identify a problem so we can investigate thoroughly. If there is a appropriate time when you could send the blazer back to us, we would be very happy to repair it.

Helpful and quick replies regarding sizing
I contacted the team regarding sizing of school cardigans and I received a very quick and helpful response.
Laura was quick to answer my queries and very helpful.
It's disappointing that the cardigan my daughter wanted isn't available in the larger sizes of the sweatshirt, but she's only got a year and a half left so hopefully it will do.
Laura offered to help with ordering but I found the process quite straightforward and love the ability for free delivery to the school.

The products are always excellent and…
The products are always excellent and delivery is good , the problem is getting to place or return an order , it is the most complicated and confusing , infuriating website to negotiate , trying to return an item I gave up and just paid the postage at the post office . Ordering for two separate schools is also a problem , just keeps sending you back to the first school then when finally get the right school the tie I wanted was not to be found , showed every one but it the one I wanted , please please simplify this !
