My phone call was attended by M/S Daisy Holmes who promptly actioned my request to alter my appointment.
Hi Daisy was very helpful in rearranging my EPC appointment to accommodate my tenant needs. Really happy as it helps me out as well. Many thanks
I had a great experience arranging my EPC through Propcert. There were some initial challenges getting the supplier and assessor aligned, but Gabriella was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was proactive in chasing things up and managed to organise the assessor promptly, which I really appreciated.
Thanks to her efforts, everything was resolved smoothly in the end. A big thank you to Gabriella for her excellent support—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service.

Assessed on the 9th, it is now 20th with no certificate. An email has gone unanswered and am waiting forever on the phone.

I was pleasantly surprised with today’s amazing service over the phone, we are awaiting an EPC required for mortgage purposes and Daisy White was able to take our query (when we could get a EPC technician to do the survey) away and within half an hour she called back with availability next day in the morning. Very professional service and we will be looking to use them in future for there related services.

After a slightly nervous start, Natalya was extremely helpful in sorting out a very prompt appointment for me for an EPC assessment. Garath, the accredited assessor, rang, as promised, arrived exactly on time the next day, was very personable and helpful, and the certificate was available to view that same afternoon. Fantastic.

When I have made an enquiry Daisy Holmes has been very quick to respond which is quite something in todays world. So thank you Daisy.

My tenant waited in on the day he thought had been arranged which turned out to be a miscommunication. I have had to pay a £90 call-out fee but will not try to rebook the appointment or use them again. Logging in to their website by own admission was not working at then time so I was not able to check appointment that way. Repeated emails to customer services, the last few of which they ignored. Unhelpful throughout.
