The chair looks as good as the pictures but, despite a lot of packaging, the chair had a couple of scratches on the arms through the black paint and down to the metal, which I would not expect.
Although, once they had made contact, the carriers were helpful, contact was not made within the timescale stated in calls to Puji.
I have also never had a furniture delivery where I was left with a large wooden pallet to dispose of.
I would buy again from Puji but I would want to go and see the item and carry it home myself if possible.

I attended the recent warehouse sale. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Purchased a mirror that needed to be stained to a darker. The staff couldn’t do anything better to help. Great customer service will definitely shop there again

We ordered two modern occasional tables over the phone. Puji were efficient, responsive and communicated straightaway when there was a potential change to delivery options. They were also the most competitive on price. We collected the tables from their premises (which took a little bit of finding) but didn't go in to see the showroom. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout and we are delighted with the items purchased.

Items received were in excellent order. The box for the storage jar had been opened but item was okay.

I love puji, the furniture is amazing. The staff are so helpful and the delivery service is great, they were kind enough to text with an allocated time slot and even again when 1 hour away, I highly recommend them.

Although the furniture did take a while to come due to coming from overseas, it is definitely worth the wait. We got the Henry dressing table and bedside cabinets. Exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Would highly recommend.

Had to cahnge piece of furniture due to fault. Handled well and replaced quickly with no fuss. Delivery firm dreadful, giving no date or time, just turned up with huge pallet lorry and a jobsworth driver. Would buy from you again.
