Great service. Very professional and the furniture is amazing. I just wish they would send out updates on sales and offers as I would purchase a lot more!

The wine rack I got is beautiful, delivery was quick. Definitely be using this site again in the future.

Delighted with our chest of drawers however delivery was a disaster. Palletways called on a Wednesday, we spoke with them on Thursday and arranged delivery for Friday. Gave them clear Instructions that we were away after Friday. Chest not delivered when agreed-it was delivered on Saturday morning when we were absent. It sat outside in the rain on our driveway until workman at our home put it in the garage-we don't know how long it sat outside but we unwrapped it when we returned home 4 weeks later to find the packaging still soaking wet!!! Miracle the furniture wasn't damaged or ruined. It was not the responsibility of our workmen to accept this delivery and Palletways left a message on our house phone which we obviously didn't get as we were away!! We had no idea the item had arrived or had gotten soaked until we came home from our holidays. Palletways should have delivered when we agreed which was on the Friday. Unlikely to order anything again if this is the standard of delivery care! Very poor considering the expensive delivery charges as well as the considerable sum we spent on the chest of drawers.

Outstanding customer service from my original questions about the products, throughout the ordering process and finally with the delivery of the furniture. Most companies nowadays seem to dump furniture in your hallway if you are lucky but Puji assemble and place the items where you desire. Will definitely be purchasing more items.

Good product, looks like it does on the website. The varnish finish is a bit too dark, treacly and glossy which reduces the lustre of the nice wood (reclaimed teak), but nevertheless it looks good, an unusual and well made colonial style piece of furniture. Very pleased.

Excellent service and outstanding quality goods

Great product, poor service. Discount offers advertised on all products but not available on the item I wanted. 'Free' pallet delivery not available on discount items and doorstep delivery means exactly that. 100kg sideboard dumped outside my front door. Driver refused to help me get it inside despite me being alone. Couldn't care less. Love the chest of drawers though!
