Highly recommended for dog owners in Japan! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Shipping to Tokyo is incredibly fast. There is truly nothing else like this available on the Japanese market, so I am so grateful to have access to it here. My dog, Gary, absolutely loves the products! Since switching, his coat looks significantly better, and his tummy troubles are completely gone. It gives me excellent peace of mind knowing he is getting the best.

I hate to add to the negativity

I hate to add to the negativity. But I've got to report when wrong is wrong.
No delivery of my package.
No customer service number to call.
No answer to emails.
When the email was answered, half answered and with inappropriate links!
The company did great on acquiring my interest, marketing was great, and they convinced me to try to heal my dog with their pills.
They are clearly not able to deliver.

This company is a fraud and abuses…

This company is a fraud and abuses customers.
I only ordered once but they keep charging me for renewed orders which I didn't make. Can't reach them. The only thing I could do is pause my "subscription" for three months on their website but I NO option to cancel it. They want your card number and an unlimited access to you wallet. Had to cancel my credit card.
STAY AWAY
Follow up: 3 hours digging in their website finally yielded a "cancel subscription button" and not just a pause option. But will they reimburse for an automatically renewed order I was only made aware of today, in an automatic mail that said "your order was processd you must ecstatic bla bla" for a fictitious order that I did not place, and that it's is being prepared for shipment by an automatic mail bot that does not reply and that I do not want sent? I doubt it. Lost all faith in a company that uses underhanded tactics to get in your wallet and and lost trust in their products which, if were any good, would not need underhanded tactis to be sold, Meanwhile I had to cancel my credit card😪.

We do want to gently clarify a few things, because we take accusations of fraud very seriously and want to be fully transparent:

When placing an order, subscription details are clearly outlined, and an email confirmation is sent as well. A "Cancel Subscription" option is also readily available in your account portal.

We can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled. We've gone ahead and cancelled your most recent order (#29170). A refund has been initiated and should reflect within a few business days, depending on your bank.

We are a real, customer-first company — and while we understand your frustration, we want to assure anyone reading this that we do not engage in deceptive practices. Our team is always reachable at help@pupganics.com and we're committed to making things right.

Highly recommend products

Although delivery took a bit long, the products (Multivitamin and Dental Powder) have worked amazingly on my dog. He has been prone to itching, especially in his ears. After day one we saw a difference and by day 3 the itching has stopped completely. I am so impressed! My Frenchie is also quite fussy and won't eat the tablets directly so I break them up and mix them into his food. He has no problem eating the Dental Powder. Also missed the automatic sign up for monthly deliveries but this was handled swiftly and have now been able to manage when I get my next lot.

The worse experience ever!!!!

This is absolutely the worst online supply company I've ever order from. I've never received my order which was made over 2 months ago. Trying to get their customer service to resolve this situation has been an absolute nightmare. They provide a "tracking number" but do not provide the name of any Carrier, so locating your order is impossible. When contracting their support team it takes weeks to get a response and when they do respond they do not give you any concrete information or help.

They also have extremely questionable business practices when it comes to automatic reorders. I was signed up unbeknownst to myself for a "subscription" which automatically reorders the product.

I highly recommend that any potential new customers stay as far away from this company as possible.

Recurring order without my approval

For some reason my order was renewed without me doing anything. This is not legal and I didn't get any response from their help. They should not keep my credit card details and for sure not decide about recurring orders (maybe it was set as default without alerting - many compalain about it).

They are very bad with email…

They are very bad with email communication.

Totally useless. I am seeking for the delivery updates and they just sent me the link.

I was unaware this is a reoccurring order every 4 weeks and my credit card was charged with any prompt.

I wrote in to clarify and their reply are all standard forwarded link.
Disappointed.

The items came it was crushed and powdery. I wrote in to complaint and no reply.
Every order takes about 2 months to arrive to Asia.
I had to cancel my subscription.

I think there are better supplement for my furbabies rather than endure these attitude from a company who doesn't have business sense.

There are 38 emails between myself and…

There are 38 emails between myself and Pupganics, some answered by a person and others are an automated response.
I placed an order on 10 April and still have not received my package. My account was charged once again on 10 May without my authorisation. The last response I received from Pupganics (from a person) was on 21 May. I have checked the tracking link that was given to me and that shows the package has been out for delivery since 22 May. I have written to them once again requesting an update and a refund and got the usual automated response.
I will update this review in a few days time.

Update: This is particularly for South African customers. I have received my Pupganics package 7 hours after I posted a review on Trust Pilot. It was at my local Post Office! I enquired from the representative at the Post Office regarding their role in the delivery of Pupganics products and I was informed that the Post Office sends an SMS to alert the customer that they have a package for you. Take along your ID/driver's licence and sign for the package. Be aware that there is a charge of R250 that the Post Office charges.
I am not sure why Pupganics could not inform me that I need to check with my local Post Office as this would have save a lot of negative comment and also drawing the wrong conclusions. I have taken this up with them and hopefully they start informing South African customers to check with their local Post Office which will go a long way to speeding up delivery.

Pupganics has also cancelled the subscription that was attached to my banking account and they have also refunded my second order. I have received notification form my bank regarding the refund. So this issue has also been resolved.

I have start Bella on the soft chews and I may do a final update on this review to let you know how she is getting on!

Suscripción y cobro automático. Y no llega producto

Mi experiencia ha sido muy mala.
Compré un producto el 30 de abril y aún no llega (orden 1840) y además, hoy se realizó un cobro automático a mi tarjeta nuevamente. Cobro que no acepte (orden 25805).
Favor necesito que se anule este último cobro y me den una respuesta real sobre si me llegará el pedido o no.

Estafadores y Ladrones

Pésima experiencia hice una compra el 24/04/2026, por 2 productos, $53240 y me llegaron correo con el seguimiento con un nro de orden, después indicaba entregado, reclame, me llegó otro correo con otro nro de seguimiento y así cada vez que reclamaba, pero los productos nunca llegaron, hasta que me apareció un pago, en mayo, supuestamente realizado o autorizado por mí a mi cuenta corriente nuevamente por la misma cantidad, el cual se rechazó, el banco tuvo que bloquear mi tarjeta y darme otra, días sin tarjeta, ya que estos estafadores, tenían mis datos y estaban realizándose pagos que yo jamás autorice y más encima nunca me llegó el producto. Son unos estafadores

Automatic Subscription and delay in delivery

First purchase was done on 12th March Order: #20639 which I haven't received the same till now. I been following up with their email to their helpdesk. They don't care and take a lot of days and reminders to reply to emails.

Secondly I just wanted a one month supply and the subscription was not ticked but is automatically activated. I was even charged for 9th April and 7th May but till date no package has arrived.

When I tracked the first order it is mentioned as delivered which I did not receive.

Let's start with the 'recurring order'…

Let's start with the 'recurring order' that I DID NOT TICK ... it seems to happen automatically in their system. I wanted a ONE OFF ORDER of 3 months supply to try. I can only access their website via my phone. My computer security tells me its a scam site and I cannot override it.
I have asked them to remove all my details and payment details as there does not seem to be a function to do this. Got confirmation of yet another reoccurring order ... emailed told them NO STOP DONT SEND and to REFUND my money and to REMOVE MY DETAILS. It's an endless nightmare. My dogs eat it reluctantly. They are not fussed on them and zero reduction in their itch. I'm regretting purchasing from them. Buyers take note of the reoccurring orders. You can only cancel via email when you should be able to do it yourself. You can't seem to delete anything either. Not impressed. First order 27 March. Received. Reoccurring order 25 April Cancelled and Refunded. Reoccurring order that was supposed to be cancelled 26 May. No response to emails this time. No refund either and product supposedly sent. It just doesn't end.

In reply to your response. I have sent a reply to your email dated 23rd May saying you are packing my order. I sent a further email 25th May asking for all my details to be removed.which was in response to your email datedx24th May.
You emailed again 26 May saying order is on its way. I replied 27th May do not sent. Sent another email 27th May and one again tonight 28th May.
How many emails do I have to send to get a response. Order number 24128

I have just emailed you again and responded not with a refund but with with a 'you can track my order' that I didn't order and DO NOT WANT ... stop mucking me around. Read the emails. REFUND MY MONEY AND EVERYONE ELSES. Your message below means nothing if you don't fix this mess.
To confirm because I just checked the recurring orders is AUTOMATICALLY CHECKED AND IT SAYS CANCEL ANY TIME ZERO COMMITMENT ... BUT BECAUSE it automatically checks the subscription box you are caught if you don't see it. There is NO WAY TO CANCEL ANYTHING. THIS COMPANY JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE DISHONEST. I have sent dozens of emails asking how to delete my details. Asking them to delete it for me.
I'm disgusted. They need to be shut down. Report them to Facebook to get them removed.
Pupganics REMOVE MY DETAILS FROM YOUR SYSTEM AND STOP STEALING MY MONEY

I am very happy with this product and…

I am very happy with this product and my dog seems to enjoy them. The only issue I had was the deliver by ELTA , the Greek courier. They failed to deliver, claiming my name was not on the bell . They were impossible to contact to rearrange delivery. I would recommend you find some other company. ELTA do not have a good reputation in Greece.

Thank you - Received and resolved efficiently

I had the same experience as many and it seems that the use the SA postal system that does not notify you that there is a parcel for collection and the parcel took longer then 6 weeks to arrive. I also experienced an automatic debit order for re-curing monthly orders. I sent many emails and finally someone reverted. They were amazing in resolving. The automatic order was stopped. I received the first and second order that I was charged for and they refunded the second order. I would love to continue using the product but due to the postal service or way it is sent to South Africa, it will be a challenge. I have started using the product on our lab and hope it will help her. Thanks for resolving.
