Bought shirt in sale at trentham…
Bought shirt in sale at trentham gardens outlet. Did not try on as I reasonably expected an xl shirt to fit me, sales assistant did mention there were no refunds on sale items. Tried to return today and told they cannot do a credit note, so have taken shirt back and will donate it to charity. Disappointed at sizing, there is no way that is an xl shirt and nothing was mentioned about not being able to get a credit note. Lesson learned, I will in future stick to shops that provide better customer service.

Great service from Quba. I recently bought a dress in your shop in the Evesham outlet centre. Firstly, the assistant there was really helpful, taking one dress out of the window display for me to try on, as there wasn't another in my size on the racks. That style seemed to come up large so I tried another style. I loved the fit, style and material of the dress so much that I bought a similar dress online as there isn't a Quba local to where I live. The online experience was simple and quick, and the dress arrived very quickly. I am as pleased with this one as I am with the first. In addition, they were both reduced in price, which was definitely an added bonus and why I was able to buy two instead of one. So overall I'm a happy customer who will keep checking in on Quba for new styles.

New quality clothing store in Trentham
Just been to new store at Trentham Gardens. Wow the clothes are fabulous quality. Nice choice too and staff there were extremely helpful. The sizes did come up large so had to go down two sizes. But thrilled with my purchase. Its so nice to have some nice quality clothes stores in Stoke-on-Trent.

Nice anorak but rather tight
The anorak was just what I wanted, but it was a bit small and tight. Not your usual sizing. Not worth sending back, but rather disappointing.
