Outstanding customer service
I previously bought a hoodie online from Quba as a Christmas present for my partner but within a couple of times of wearing, the stitching design started to come undone in various places and I was really disappointed. I contacted Quba and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent to my home in Spain. Due to delivery partner deliveries in Spain, it was not delivered and returned to the UK. I contacted Quba again and they immediately sent it again and is now received. I have bought from Quba many times without issue and I have been hugely impressed that their commitment to customer service and satisfaction matches the quality of their products. I would not hesitate buying or recommending them and a special thank you to Neil for ensuring that I recieved a replacemen.

What I ordered arrived quickly and looks great. However, as it is a Christmas present, it hasn’t been tried on yet - fingers crossed it fits.
