The worst service ever
This is as honest as I can be , this is the absolutely the worse service I have ever received in my lifetime . Even having spent another 3 hours trying to resolve the issue , still no one helped. I was left alone . The worst , deal with them at your loss

Proforma invoice clearly shows what item was and on the DHL label and still refused to refund my money back.

I have used Rand Logistics courier service for a number of years and have found their service to be excellent. This is by far the best company and I highly recommend them for a prompt and effected service.The door to door delivery is very good,and the staff are very helpful and polite.

I knew that sending parcels to the Spanish territory of Melilla from the UK was not going to be easy or cheap, so I tried a few brokers and settled on Rand.
From the moment I contacted the website everything went very smoothly.
There were delays in clearing customs in Gatwick, Barcelona and Malaga and I began to be concerned when the delay in delivery was late so I phoned Joe in customer services, he was polite and professional and sorted it out.
I will use them again for sure.

I would like to give Joe at Customer Service 5 stars for being really really helpful both online and in a phone call when a parcel I sent from Leeds to Tamil Nadu, India got stuck in customs. I sent the small personal parcel, worth less than £10, but of great sentimental value on Feb 12th and it arrived on March 6th, way after I'd given up hope. In the last 12 months India has tightened up import regulations and paperwork hugely, which neither my Indian sister-in-law nor I were aware of. I dont know whether Rand Logistics could highlight the likelihood of these type of delays more clearly at the outset? Relief at this end now!

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. This is a company that really does not care. They are rude and unresponsive. They will happily take your money, but will not provide any assistance when things go wrong. Very disappointing. Thankfully, there are many other options available, which are also much cheaper.
Outstanding company and exceptional customer service
This is a very special and enormous thank you to Joe at Rand Logistics for all your help, kindness and your patience in helping me to send my son Tim's personal possessions to Ontario in Canada.
I had lots of quotes from International Couriers, but yours was the most competitive. Insurance against loss was the best price too. Not only that it is so refreshing to be able to speak to someone especially as I had lots of questions to ask.
I knew that when sending boxes overseas I would be charged whichever was the greater, the weight or volume but I didn't know how to calculate the volume. Joe very kindly told me how it worked, L x W x H divided by 5,000. That calculation helped me to buy the correct size packing boxes. Because I was sending some very fragile items which had to be extremely well packed the volume was higher. But at least I understood and gave Rand Logistics the correct size and weight of each box. Which also meant the price I was quoted was the price I paid with no nasty surprises !
I booked my shipment on Thursday afternoon, FedEx collected it on Friday, the shipment was in Canada on the Sunday, quicker than sending a 1st class letter by post in the UK !! It was so easy to track every step of the way too.
Slight hold up at customs, not Rand Logistics fault, but as soon as Joe knew there was a problem he was in contact with Tim and I, sending emails to Tim in Canada making sure everything was ok and offering help and advise. Tim had to go to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) in person with the correct paperwork and a list of every item and value in the shipment. This is normal procedure. The CBSA were very helpful, the paperwork was signed off, no duty to pay and FedEx delivered a few days later. Everything arrived in perfect condition, no breakages. I tend to over wrap everything in bubble wrap so I was confident that nothing would get broken.
I think it is up to us as the customer to do our bit, understanding the difference between the actual weight and volume, make sure we give the correct size and weight, and over wrap all fragile items in bubble wrap and put them in strong packing boxes. Also make sure we have the correct documentation for customs and yes some countries may charge duty. And if you need help then ask, I did, the whole process was made easy with Joe's help and advise.
Rand Logistics have been absolutely brilliant, thank you once again. And the next time I need to ship anything I will be going straight you.
First class service from Rand Logistics
I needed to send a parcel to Algeria and decided to do so using Rand Logistics.
I had a couple of queries prior to booking and found the live chat on their website really helpful. I also got what I thought was a very reasonable quote and so opted to go for the collection service. Collection of the parcel itself was prompt and delivery was also very quick - only 48 hours later the parcel had been recieved.
I've no doubt I'll be using these guys again, and wish to thank them for their help. Highly recommended to all.
Excellent in my case

Well, in my case I never ever had any issues, so I am happy. Delivery always was within promised timeframe, prices were very good ( they gone up a bit ), parcels were not damaged etc.
I believe other people had issues, that`s the reason they wrote bad reviews in here. Anyway, if someone sends wrong parcel measurements, expecting that can be ignored, what do you expect?
So again, in my case, I am satisfied, prices were very good, parcels were delivered on time, no damage.
I opened couple of support tickets, they were answered very quickly, in less than hours.
I will keep using them, unless they become too expensive :)
Incompetent, insolent conmen

I sent 2 parcels thru Rand from Belfast to Spain, paid 63 quid and the next day I flew off to Spain leaving my Belfast apartment vacant.
Waited a week. When the parcels didn't come, gave them a ring. Rand told me to call DPD. DPD told me to call Seur. Seur told their driver hadn't found my house and they would ship the parcels back to Belfast. I wanted to pick the parcels up from their depot in Alicante myself but Seur fiercely rejected.
Called Rand back. They agreed to retain my parcels in a depot in UK and resend to Spain but demanded another £75. They hinted they'd dump my parcels on the street in front of my vacant apartment in Belfast if I didn't pay. So I did. Later they stole another £48 from my account!
When the parcels finally came I found all electronics was damaged - tv set, hi fi, dvd player. They even managed to break a nighstand lamp made of metal! Called them many times to open a claim, or at least have those 48 quid returned, and faced nothing but arrogance, rudeness and impertinence.
Appalling
Used Rand Logistics to Ship three parcels overseas. After a number of e-mails back and forward with videos and photos of proof of packaging and the damage we were advised to proceed with getting the items repaired and that they would be re imburshed, to only then be told that Rand Logistics will not be held responsible and we would have to claim from TNT (the courier service that was supposes to deliver to our doorstep). That's right, pass the responsibility to someone else! Despite it being Rand Logistics who received the excees insurance fee!!!
DO NOT USE THEM !!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES MORE REPUTABLE OUT THERE.

I used them and found their service excellent and arrivals speedy. No delays with my parcel and the door to door service was a bonus.

Totally unbending and unhelpful. Kept quoting read the the small print. Don't use them!
I have since used a couple of other services with no problem at all and I always use Parcel Monkey or Sendiroo now. Success every time, stick to the price until the job is done, polite and helpful, complete opposite of Rand.
Abosulte rip off - never using again
I had selected an option to leave my parcel at a local drop-off point for an international delivery and the approximate quote that I was given was rubbish as they ended up charging 10 TIMES MORE from my bank account without letting me know (because of their stupid terms and conditions). This company has zero customer relation practices and is not aware of what the word 'decent' means. I strongly recommend not to use this ruthless and shameless company.
