Terrible customer relations, rude staff. Wouldn't phone ahead to check if there was anyone in like other couriers do, just turned up with no warning and said no one was in so they had done their bit... Voir plus

amazing service

This was an absolutely amazing service,less than 2 days delivery from the UK to Dubai, faster than a first class internal letter in the UK,
will not hesitate to use again in the future,
also the pricing is excellent,

Cheap and reliable

My kids and family have been sending me parcels via Rand Logistics for few years now, as they provide cheap and reliable service. And I couldn't be more happier with their next day delivery. Just received a lovely Christmas present, which arrived safe and sound as usual.

Great company, speedy delivery!

I used this Company for quite few times now and I am so pleased with the speedy delivery. I was sending a new mobile phone to my Dad (in Lithuania). Parcel was picked up before 5pm from my house (UK) and next day at 1pm my Dad was messaging me from his new shiny phone!

The best courier service I have ever used.. time and time again.

I have used Rand Logistics countless times and I have never been disappointed. When I first moved to Canada in 2010 I sent 22 boxes with all of my personal belongings through Rand Logistics and they all arrived in Canada in perfect condition the day after I arrived in Canada.

As I am no longer in England I have since had my family send me 3 to 4 parcels each year using Rand Logistics and I am always blown away by the service we receive, everything gets to me without an issue and SO SO quickly! My parents will tell me they shipped it on Monday everning and it is at my door in Canada on Wednesday morning.

I have used the big named courier companies before and never were my parcels delivered as quickly and efficiently and a number of times I encountered issues.

I would recommend everyone to use Rand Logistics as they are a great company with great service, amazing prices and the fastest service you will ever receive!!!!

Rude services, no one deals with complaint

Below is the complaint I wrote to sales@randlogistic.com on 13th Feb. I was complaining about its staff John Jenkinson for hanging up my phone. His manager Eddie asked me to write this email. And then I figured out this email is actually managed by John. So of course it was ignored. Very very rude services. Not recommend to use again.

"Yesterday at 6:30pm I brought my item to the drop-off point at Ryman Borough High Street. My item was refused because they said they were instructed not to take any non-DHL box. I showed the store manager all the paper works and he still refused. Therefore I had to take the very heavy suitcase back to home and climbed all the stairs.

This morning I called your company and John answered the call. I expressed my frustration, and apparently he did not care how I feel. I asked for a pick-up service because what happened last night was not my fault, and I did not want to carry the luggage to the drop-off point again. John refused my request. To be fair I think I deserve some compensation on this case. John was rude and simply said I could either bring it back to the drop-off point or get a refund. He forced me to make immediate decision without the will of hearing my point, getting very impatient and hanged my phone without letting me finish. "

Really bad service, they lost my parcel, I got no compansation

I'd like to warn everyone, don't use this company, they lost my parcel (value of £387) - never got any compensation back. They have not even refunded the shipping costs of £84.78 either.
And their customer service is just horrible, very rude. It took them 3 months to respond. Really poor service!

They got a very tricky T&C, be aware!!!

According to their T&C they found a way how to avoid the responsibility and liability for the loss.
The shipment was to Russia and as we had issue with one of our previous shipment to get it through the customs because of its high value (apparently Russia only accepts parcels under $150 value) the Rand Logistic customer service previously suggested that I should put lower value, which would allow the parcel to go through the Russian customs easily. So I followed the recommendation and put the value as £80 only instead of the real value of £387 - now Rand Logistics say that the declared value is lower that the real value, but that's what they told me to do - how cheeky!!!

Anyway they refunded only £65 which doesn't even cover the £84.78 shipping costs and of course it doesn't not the value of the parcel they lost - even if they took the value as £80 only - still they have refunded zero of it..

Please avoid using this company if you don't want to loose your parcels / money. It took me 3 months of a constant chasing to get at least these £65 back, but we are still over £400 out of pocket.

No one ever even apologised for this. They are just very rude in every single response!

You did not insure the parcel which you are offered to do so within the booking of the order. you have uysed our services on numerous occasions and you chose to save money by not taking out the insurance premium. You have been refunded as per our terms and conditions which you agreed to where it states that you have £25.00 Standard cover included or £5.00 per kilo up to the value of your shipping costs - Your shipment weight 13 kilos x £5.00 per kilo cover = £65.00 which you thanked us for. Your goods were not insured so although you listed the goods as £80.00 for customs clearance purposes you did not take up the insurance option with us to cover this amount. You also have stated that the order value is £387 so where does this figure come from as you stated the insured value is £80.00?. The review that you have placed on here is completely miss-leading and the question that we should be asking you or you should be asking yourself is WHY did you not take out Insurance for loss or damage if your goods order value was worth £387.00 although you have stated that your goods were only worth £80.00

The worst company to deal with ever I have been completely ripped off and there attitude is appalling

I sent a very small parcel that they supcontracted to DHL and then they charged me double !!!! With no proof or come back they then claim they are within there rights as they don't check the parcel when you log it in then they come back and take double straight from your account you can't get the money back as they didn't give me any proof and it's up to you to prove they are taking the money unfairly. I believe they will try anything to get more money from you DONT USE THEM THEY WILL TRY ANYTHING TO OVER CHARGE YOU !!!!!!! Use a reputable company BE WORNED !!!!!!!!! I was charged nearly double !!!!! Total rip offf.

The original order was declared as 1kg in weight and the volumetric weight was decalred at 1kg - The shipment was volumetrically scanned and the size was recalculated at a Volumetic weight being 2.5kg which is more than double the size that was originally advised. Due to this you have been charged accordingly for the extra size and surcharge as advised when you booked the order and agreed to by yourself. The proof of the reweigh was advised and sent to you with the correct dimensions which are taken from the Automated laser scanned belt system used by all major air express carriers so please be assured that it is not a Scam. With any carrier system that is used you MUST provide the correct weight and sizes as you have missleaded the carrier who has actually under charged you to use their service which is taken on trust when you advise the weight and dimensions on the order!.

The Ryanair of Parcel Delivery

The shipment has gone well so far, but any minor mistake or slight miscalculation and you will get surcharged.. Their T&C's are a small novel.

You will get surcharged if you get any of the paperwork wrong or dont follow their instructions.

In my case, my parcel was 6 grams over the 2kg weight (it was under when I weighed it) and 1cm different in the dimensions. I was surcharged £5 plus the extra cost. The only leniency wast I didnt get charged the full £10.

Though they state their customer service is outstanding, when I asked for a refund via live chat I got this reply -
"I'm going to instruct my accounts department to charge to the full admin surcharge if you want to keep going with this conversation and wasting my time."
I sent an email to the company and got no response.

So its a cheap service, until you get surcharged.

Fantastic reliable servics

I have sent two parcels via Rand. The price is the cheapest around but its far from a cheap service. They collected on time, parcels arrived in China in good condition. Customer service via live chat / email / facebook is fast, easy and provide a good pre and post sale service
