They send me one broken screen after one week shows one big white line without even felling the phone, I send evidence everything, and they need returning the screen as new, how to remove it without broken? Also they don't make refund as they write on site, I make the purchase before 2 weeks, this is scamming. Stay away from this scammers.

Been ordering parts from repair universe for a couple of years now and I must say I love them. I wish they intergraded real reviews on their own website that way us customers can leave them there and not on another website. My paid shipping is always quick with RepairUniverse and I love their customer support.
Defective Merchandise, Partial Refund!
Ordered/received a smartphone camera lens assembly found to have micro scratches on camera lens. I returned defective part but this company only refunded cost of part itself, not the shipping fees nor the cost for return postage. I have never in my life, experienced such a blatant rip-off by an online retailer that would not provide a full refund, including shipping costs for defective merchandise. I intend to post this on FB and as well and made permanent note in my cell phone to never deal with Repairs Universe, nor their apparent supplier "Fixez.com".
If only I could give zero stars
On 1-6-23, I received a switch board for an XBox One S that I am repairing. The final item was a switch board that had had its "Bind" switch broken off of it...everything else on the XBox was finally working again. I found this "business" through a Google search, and read all of the glowing reviews on this place, thinking I could order from them with confidence. I installed the new switch board on the evening of 1-6-23, and after spending several minutes, carefully reassembling the XBox, I plugged it in to test it, and it would not power up at all. I decided to put it aside for the night and come back to it the next morning. When I woke up the next morning, I was thinking "What changed? Why does it suddenly not work, when it was working before?" As an avionics technician with nearly 30 years of on-aircraft and bench experience doing complex electronics repair work, my instinct kicked in to go back to the last place I touched. I disassembled the XBox again, just enough to get access to the switch board so I could remove it. I removed it, and reinstalled the old switch. Plugged it back in...and it powered up just fine. Put the "new" board back in...doesn't power up. On closer examination of the board, I discovered that not only was it a used board that had been knowingly misrepresented as "new", but someone had done a really sloppy job of removing the LED right next to the power switch. I e-mailed customer service on 1-7-23, not expecting to get burned the way I did, since businesses that run like this one don't stay in business for very long. The first response told me to "reach out to your local repair store", as if I hadn't already told them all of the details, including my on-line order number. I even told them, specifically, what I found missing on the board when I examined it. They then asked me for detailed photos of the board, so they could determine the problem. I obliged them and provided detailed photos of the front and back of the board. Finally, on 1-9-23, I get an e-mail from them, telling me they couldn't determine the problem from the photos and that I would need to send it back to them so they could inspect it more closely. That's odd...I told you what was wrong with it, and told you specifically what component was missing from the board. I started to pursue the RMA process, since they finally sent an RMA...and all I was asking for was an exchange for a board that works. I wasn't asking for a refund. Not a single part of the RMA was filled out by them, and there was no pre-paid shipping label. I sent another e-mail on 1-9-23, requesting a pre-paid shipping label due to this being an out-of-box failure. This morning, I read their reply, where they had copied and pasted their return policy regarding shipping costs...and told me I would be responsible to pay for shipping. Really?!! You knowingly sell me an unserviceable item, and you expect me to pay shipping costs?!! Never again. Buy from these crooks at your own risk. I'm not paying another 10 dollars in shipping for a 12 dollar part. I cut my losses and just bought one, THAT ACTUALLY WORKS, from an actual, legitimate business.

I’d give less stars if I could. Sent me a defective google pixel pro 6 screen and then wouldn't exchange or refund me. Customer service wouldn’t answer any of my messages. Absolute rubbish. I bet these good reviews are bots

This place is so Dishonest it isn't funny if you buy a part from them you better make sure they are sending you the right parts or your in trouble getting your money back let me tell you and if you call there customer service they will say no you didn't we don't have customer service
Wow, low prices, fast free delivery, see them first for cell screen replacements
Wow! What can I say about how great my experience was. My 2 month new Galaxy S22 Ultra screen cracked after the first fall so after shopping everywhere I could I found these guys and they beat every other screen replacement supplier I could find and with free delivery I had the new screen delivered in 4 days. If you or anyone you know is in need of a screen replacement for your cell phone or tablet check these guys out first.
Never shipped, Terrible customer service.
Ordered a screen. I picked one-day shipping at check out. Didn't receive it. Check the tracking two days later which says that a label has been created but not picked up by USPS. Email. Get a closed ticket response. No screen two days later. Chat. Told that I didn't pick one-day shipping (un-true, I paid extra) and that it was already "escalated" and that shipping should show up tomorrow. It's been a week at this point and the label still says not picked up by USPS. Customer service is just pushing me off. Stay away from this complany.

Look at all of the two or three line reviews proclaiming how great this company is. Something’s rotten in China, er, uh…I mean Denmark. I’m pretty sure these guys morphed from FixEZ, from which I bought a screen that didn’t work. No response from customer service. Avoid.

Customer service is slow and unresponsive. I purchased a replacement screen, and when it arrived, it did not include the adhesive as advertised on the site. Contacted customer service over a week ago and have only seen one response that its been escalated. Next time, I'll just order it from iFixIt.

Had a professional take a look and the original parts malfunction when put with the replacement. Can't take pictures and some apps won't open or function. Finally got Sim card to be read.
First time customer
First time customer. Its such a bummer to have a broken cell phone screen! I ordered an incorrect screen replacement by mistake. No problem! I'll just exchange and pay the difference in price to have the correct one sent right? WRONG! Repairsuniverse.com could not even tell me when their "Extended Cyber Sale" was going to end. I already have wasted more than a week by accidently ordering the wrong screen. Like most people, I don't have an extra $150 laying around (especially during the holidays)- so I'll have to wait to send back and receive a refund/credit before I can order the correct screen. That's on me. But because they are unable to/unwilling to provide me with an answer to the common question "When does your sale end?" it creates an additionally frustrating experience! Unless you never make an honest mistake and order the wrong item- DO NOT ORDER FROM REPAIRSUNIVERSE.com! It will be an additional hassle to return/exchange. And good luck trying to plan on taking advantage of their Cyber Monday sales. Their tactics of conveniently "not having the date/time" available when their sales end might drum up business and pressure customers to order now, or miss out! But isn't a transparent way to treat prospective consumers. Next time, I'll think twice about saving a whole $12- and just order through Amazon. Their customer service is exceptionally better (and it's not perfect!) AND they are willing to retain first time customers by expediting exchanges. What. A. Fiasco!
