Superb customer service!
Ordered a pair of trainers with next-day delivery and they arrived as expected by the following day.
Unfortunately I did notice a small (but noticeable) stain on the rear of one shoe which had obviously come from the manufacturer like that; excess glue I guess.
Contacted Route One and had a response a short time later confirming this was a manufacturer fault and they'd be happy to do either an exchange or a refund (were obviously very apologetic). Asked for an exchange and received a returns label by the next morning. Posted the shoes back and a day later the replacement pair were sent out. Arrived the following day and all looks good.
Very happy with the service, in particular 'Meg' who handled the process from start to finish, very satifised with the prompt replies and ensuring everything was done quickly.
Highly recommend this company (have bought before numerous times and this is the only purchase that was faulty as such).
