Bought a bike from RWF Ripley The worst motorcycle dealer I have ever dealt with If you're looking for a new bike I wouldn't recommend buying from this place once Craig has got your money warranties mean nothing he has no integrity he told me to F... off when I asked him to do a repair on the bike under warranty..BE WARNED..

Just popped in for a nosey, talking to Colin about a bike on display and he agreed to show me one that had just arrived for sale, not on display yet Yamaha Tracer 9gt.
It was just what I wanted.. correct colour and luggage.
Contacted Craig to show interest and a week later I was riding it home. Thanks Colin

My brother, Laurence Crago, purchased a motorcycle from RWF Motorcycles. Unfortunately, he passed away before he was able to take delivery of it. I was acting as his administrator following his death.

My brother had saved for months to afford this motorcycle, and it was heartbreaking that he never got the chance to enjoy it. RWF Motorcycles was made aware of his death shortly after delivery was attempted. Despite this, the company decided to resell his motorcycle and subsequently refused to provide the refund that was due.

This money was desperately needed to help cover the costs of my brother’s funeral and headstone, as he sadly passed away with virtually nothing. The way I was treated by this company during an already devastating and difficult time has caused me considerable upset and distress.

I provided documentation to verify my identity and authority, including my brother’s death certificate and other supporting documents. Despite going to these lengths to prove who I was and explain the circumstances, I was extremely disappointed by the way the matter was handled.

I find the company’s treatment of me deeply upsetting and distressing. At a time when my family was grieving the loss of a loved one, I believe we deserved compassion, understanding and fair treatment. Instead, I was left feeling that neither my brother’s circumstances nor the impact this situation had on our family were given the consideration they deserved.

Hi Craig and team. I bought a 1968 Honda s90 on a whim, based on photos on eBay. As I love 200 odd miles away, and buying such an old machine I was prepared for a few issues.

Needn't have worried. It turned up on time, absolutely no hassle and it's in better condition than expected.

I bought a 23 year old T-BIRD 900.
I had intended to buy privately to avoid paying a dealers 'premium'. However condition and service history is everything with old bikes and in this case i decided to pay more. As, the bike was claimed to be in exceptional condition. On the pics the areas of the rear sprocket, brake calipers and the front of the engine looked spotless always a good sign. I traveled up from Plymouth to pick the bike up. In the showroom I was impressed by some more older bikes in seemingly excellent condition.
I found RWF to be a sort of no nonsense type of dealership that's tightly run. I suspect that they own the building because,everything seems tidy and in its place.
I had a great ride back to Plymouth. About a week later i managed to get the bike up on lifts. Its only at this point that you can really be sure about a bikes condition. Lying on the ground i could see that there was no accumulated dirt, rusty nuts or bolts and nothing that needed attention.
So overall im very happy the condition of the bike is 'excellent'.
I paid a bit more for it than if i had bought one privately but sometimes its the case that the dealers have the bikes in the best condition and with the fewest issues.
Im only 500 miles into my ownership but im convinced that i got it right. Would use this dealer again.

Purchased an absolutely beautiful anniversary edition L6 gsxr1000 from Craig, and I actually bought it over the phone without even seeing the bike on recommendation from himself, that I would not be disappointed with the bike. He Emailed over some paperwork for me to sign and he organised delivery from his garage to me in ireland. The whole process was absolutely faultless and the bike itself was absolutely flawless, as he had described it. An absolute gentleman to deal with.

A big thank you to Colin who looked after me whilst I was torn between two bikes. Colin was extremely patient and helpful and I ended up getting a mint 2002 bandit which was the right choice. I did have one slightly unhelpful telephone call with another guy from the shop but so pleased with the bike. Thanks Colin!!!!

I live in oxford I ordered the bike came very quickly on delivery and the bike is amazing . I would recommend this company as I would use it again

The bike arrived with a tank full of rust, it needed a replacement tank. The rust destroyed the fuel pump. All the fuel pipes needed replacing, the injectors needed cleaning, the brakes went through an MoT with dodgy brakes - 13 year old brake fluid! The MOT tester should be fired. We'll see what Trading Standards make of this.

Don’t go there. They charged 2 hours for a 5-minute job, wasted 3 weeks of my time, and still didn’t fix the problem. Rude and unprofessional staff. Avoid this place.

Bought an RT1200 via online sale, with a trade in of my KTM. Craig and the team where fantastic, the bike was accurately described and delivered as promised. Really easy to deal with and great communication throughout. Amazing service and would use again without doubt.

Just purchased an XT660R and it’s a cracking bike with low mileage for its year.
The bike was fully serviced with new tires and a fresh MOT and the delivery went without incident.
Craig is a great guy to deal with and totally professional.
I am over the moon with the bike and would highly recommend their services an excellent company.
