The only issue we had was installation was booked for Monday then changed to Wednesday which we agreed to and was to start between 0800 and 1100 but team had been given work that morning so couldn't arrive until 1230 , they did though install within 6 hours !

Overall after care was good too.

Start to finish everything's been perfect the fitters Shay and Brad superb attention to detail nothing too much trouble would certainly recommend to anyone else over the moon with the 22 windows done over 2 and a half days Quality control checked everything Thanks to Satnam Singh an asset to the company.

Cold called to my mum's address which displays a no cold calling stick in the window. My mum answered the door and was meet with a gentleman wondering if she would like her bay window doing, in advising to the gentleman so would take a quote but was unable to give a answer due to power of attorney. The gentleman agreed and arranged for someone to come and gave a estimate. With in 10 minutes another gentleman knocked and was invited in. My mum then advised that the estimated was the only thing she was interested in has my younger brother works in the window business. To which the gentleman became very aggressive and started with the insults. My mum then asked in to leave. With in 30 mins the original person came back. After insulating my mum regarding wasting time walked off. Unaware the person didn't realise the swearing and insults where caught on her door cam. This is getting passed to trading standards for bullying and hard sales tactics.

Illegal cold calling, very poor from a national company this size.

I was recommended by my uncle. The service was excellent. From the first vist when the tool the measurements to the installation the whole process went really smoothly and the quality of the door is outstanding.

I’m really pleased with the service I received for having my windows and doors fitted. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly and reliable. The fitting was carried out to a high standard, and they made sure everything was finished neatly and exactly as expected.

If it wasn't for their sales tactics, we very likely would have gone with this company. Their website explicitly says that they do not use "pushy sales tactics ", however this could not have been further from our experience. The sales rep came into our home and immediately started by trying to badmouth other companies that we were looking for quotes from to compare. He should have let his company's reputation and quality speak for itself. Mid-meeting, he got a phone notification and then gave us a long spiel about how that was probably his pay landing, but it might not be because sometimes he gets paid on Thursday and sometimes it's Friday. This came across very unprofessional and tbh was a waste of our time. He then measured up the windows and gave us the quote, during which he added on loads of discounts as if he was doing us a personal favour. We thanked him for the quote and said we would be in touch once we had compared it against a couple of other companies. At this point, it turned south. He got his manager on the phone and started talking about us in an unpleasant manner to his manager right in front of us. His manager then offered us an even better price to try and force us to sign. When we explained there was no way we would have signed on the spot and we needed to do our research/ comparisons at which point the rep got quite nasty saying they would never hear from us again. He again launched into a tirade on how all the other companies had red flags, however, I think if they truly were the best company, then they wouldn't need to force customers into a sale on the spot and would be happy for them to go away and consider their options. He also 'threatened' that his manager basically wouldn't let him come back out to our house for the paperwork if we did decide to choose them because it is a waste of their time. Again the website states that their quotes are free non-obligation quotes however, they behaved as if we very much were obligated to sign on the dotted line immediately. The reps name was Steve. No idea if anyone will see this review as they also mentioned they pay Trustpilot to remove any reviews that aren't verified by a contract with them.

Disgraceful. Failed to fit door properly and left me without a letterbox. Another appointment had to be made to cancel. Will not refund my money for a deposit on another door I paid for and cancelled due to dissatisfaction withing the 14 day cooling period. Absolutely disgraceful and now being ghosted by the company. Legal action will be taken against this company.

Great quality and service from start to finish, everyone extremely helpful and professional from sales rep to fitters.

The 2 fitters were punctual, hard working, polite & have done an excellent job. They tidied up after themselves too. Job was done quicker than we expected.

Had some windows supplied and fitted a couple of years back with these guys and was very happy with the service provided.
So after moving i again got in touch and today had another 3 windows fitted,the two fellas were nice friendly,polite and did the job and left the place inside and out spotless.
Have arranged for a composite front door and a side upvc one next to be done before xmas.
Im expecting the same quality of work !!

Don’t get me wrong had our windows and doors done brilliant fitting team brilliant all the way through was brilliant but now a few months after keep ringing my phone had bout 4 different people call me with same thing then asking there in the area can they come give us a qoute For front door after telling them don’t have the funds and need to speak with my wife 3 time today they have tried to contact me
Like I say brilliant windows and the fitting was amazing but continueus phone calls wanting more

Getting some prices for a replacement window. Thought we should get a few quotes to compare.
Contacted Secured Homes and told them exactly what was required. They rang us to arrange a visit and were very pushy about what prices we had already been quoted and that they needed both myself and my wife to be available. I suspected we were going to get the hard sell but we only wanted a price at this stage.
Salesman arrived and once again was keen to know what other prices we had been quoted.
I didn't want to disclose them as I wanted their best price.
Looked at the job and told me that their minimum order charge was £900. Much more than our other prices. Thanked him for coming and he left.
About an hour later I got a rather abrupt phone call from them saying that had we told them what prices we'd been quoted they would have told us their minimum order charge and wouldn't have "wasted their time" coming.
I would have thought that has they told us their minimum order charge before they came we would have advised them not to visit.
Very unprofessional attitude. Thankfully we got away without having to waste our time on the hard sell.
All the other companies we have contacted have been happy to quote. We will need our bow window replacing in the next 12 months.
I don't think we'll be bothering them again

Expert and professional service received. The French Windows were fitted with little disruption and the workmen took away the hold doors and windows. Thank you.

From star to finish it was very smooth and straightforward the lads that came to fit were polite and funny they tidied up before they left the windows and doors look amazing

Excellant service with the 2 operatives arriving on time and promptly took out the old door and replaced with a very good quality new door in a very pleasant and friendly way and then quickly changed a window.We could not wish for better service and recommend them

From start to finish customer service were helpfull informative and kept us up to date through the process the surveyor and fitters fulfilled there side of the fit with good workmanship we had 5 windows and a door all look great no problems and everything ran to time frame with quality windows and door I would recommend this company on my experience
