Highly recommended
The team who replaced my windows and doors were professional, friendly and efficient, and at all stages I was kept informed, which was much appreciated. A couple of problems arose (completely beyond Secured Homes control) and were dealt with very professionally. The service was excellent, the prices very reasonable, and the end product is excellent in every way. I would certainly recommend them, and if the need arose would use them again.

A really professional company
The fitters turned up early and got to work immediately they brought dust covers that covered all the areas to protect the carpets and floors and did a really great job, when they finished fitting the windows they cleaned up both inside and outside the house. All in all they did a really professional job and I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

Pushy sales people. Won't quote without both myself and my partner present.
Asking me if I plan to have it done, wouldn't know without a quote which they won't do.
Also now ring me every month, asking the same questions which my answers don't change. I've asked to not be called but guess that doesn't matter.

Brand New Door

Great product and service
Great experience from meeting the Sales Rep through to the surveyor and then window installation.
Sales rep clearly explained the product and all options available to use. We were provided with a very cheap quote (which led us to Trust Pilot to see if the company were legit and saw many positive reviews). There was also no pressure on us to make a purchase there and then which we appreciated.
Installation was quicker than we expected and the two installers were professional, polite and cleaned up everything - you wouldn't have thought any major work had been done!
Since the installation in late-Summer 2025, we've had no issues with the windows and still look great. Can't comment on reduce energy bills over the winter as it was our first Winter at this house but I'm sure they'll have had a positive impact.
There was a delay in receiving the CERTASS certificate so I'd recommend to any future customers that you make sure you've supplied an email address with the company to ensure you get yours promptly. After a brief call with Secured Homes they quickly fixed the issue and a certificate will be with me in the next 4 weeks!

Used these before and they did a good job then.
Had 2 doors fitted this time at differant addresses, by two differant teams. Both were on time and got on with the job. Happy with the result of both jobs. Just a small part of one door fitting was not fixed as it should be, but when asked to come and sort it out they were here and fixed the problem.
