Misleading website photography and angles
The item quality is not great, It has a homemade , not premium finish and the pictures on the website don't reflect the item I received. Feels like resin not stone. Very disappointing, Not suitable as a gift - I will be returning.
No problems returning the items, and satisfactory customer service in the end, therefore I have changed the rating to 3 stars.

Our range includes products with stones in their natural state/colour and others with stones dyed in colours that don't exist naturally. The product that you order has the stones dyed to create shades of purple that don't exist naturally.
While we understand that you were not pleased with the product you have received, we do accept returns and we offer full refunds for unwanted items - no questions asked
Therefore, we think that a 1-star review for our service might be unfair and we hope you can reconsider your rating
In any case, we do apologise for the disappointing experience you had with us and we hope that we will get the chance to make it up for you in the future

I absolutely love this bracelet
I absolutely love this bracelet. My reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is that the colour did not match that on the website (the stones were more grey and didn't have the bluish tinge). Having said that, after my inital disappointment I grew to love this item within a few hours! The service was great.

Quality Counts
As a repeat customer I know that Sehaya can be counted on to provide not only great quality jewellry but great quality customer service too.
Their earrings are simply stunning, their delivery really quick and if things aren't perfect for you their returns policy can't be faulted. I won't hesitate about buying jewellry from Sehaya again.

The bracelet has already fallen off too many time to remember. I had to take it to have a proper clasp put on it instead of just having a few knots tied together

Nothing like image on website. Unwearable
The earrings were nothing like the website image, not remotely. They are not at all as represented and I cannot recommend at all. Very disappointed and will never wear them.
