I’m a little disappointed with the plastic used
I’m a little disappointed with the plasticky materials used on the bracelet. The plastic is a tad abrasive and a little harsh on the skin! I like the bracelet other than that in terms of design and look.

I sent back the ring I purchased to the…
I refer to my previous review of Sehaya and have now been informed that the problem was not with Sehaya but with the Royal Mail who should have redirected my parcel to their new address. Sehaya have acted promptly and given me a full refund for which I thank them.

We very recently moved to a new location, very close to the old one, and that's where our returns are now handled. This shouldn't have affected you as Royal Mail should have re-directed your return to the new location instead of returning it back to you...
We are very sorry for that but we have already processed a refund for you. Since you had paid by card, it might take a few days before the transaction is processed.
We would appreciate it if you could consider amending your rating

Steer clear of these shoddy trinkets
Everything was great from ordering to receipt.
Now five months later, my bracelet has fallen apart. Sehaya have offered a replacement for £9.99, instead of the full refund or replacement that I should get for goods under six months, according to the Consumer Rights Act.
I cannot recommend anyone to buy from Sehaya.
