I ordered an ambre bracelet for my newborn and it took ages to be delivered. Terrible customer support as I emailed to ask how long it would take and I never got a reply. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. That being said I did receive the bracelet in the end but Had I known the customer support was non existent and that it would take ages to be delivered I would have ordered elsewhere.

I ordered 2 necklaces and was starting this think I’d been scammed after I couldn’t get hold of them and a couple of weeks passed since I ordered. However after 1 month they arrived. They came in an envelope with a stamp from Latvia and dated a couple of days after my order. So in fact they had been shipped when it said they had but a courier hasn’t been used, just the normal post.

I’ve only just started using the necklace so can’t say if it works but I did use this company a couple of years ago for my eldest and the necklace was great.

The are obviously based in Latvia but pretend they are in Leicester. It makes me think maybe the necklaces are genuine Baltic amber because where the business is based and my previous success with the necklace.

Customer experience is shocking as you can’t get hold of them at all but I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived so all I’d say is don’t write them off too quickly. Mine took a month to arrive.

Wish I read the reviews before buying. The 5 star reviews are obviously them not actual customers 😂. Ordered a couple days ago but like EVERYONE has said no email response cause the email probs is fake. The number just says user busy. The website should be took down due to all these reviews. What a joke !

Still waiting for my order over a month ago and no Email response and contact number doesn't work! Don't buy from them.

I have used about 4 of these in last 2 years , getting bigger size, found them brilliant , I did loose 1 , hadn't tightened it enough and she got it off , I ordered another 2 straight away just to have a spare , waited about a week but couldn't come quick enough, she was teething and an absolute nightmare that week so that just proves they worked for me,

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible. I ordered a teething bracelet and necklace in early January and waited 3 weeks for it to ship they said my order has been shipped 22nd January I have still not received it and it’s march! I’ve emailed them 3 times with no reply and their phone number doesn’t work. Starting to think this is a scam!!! DO NOT BUY

Absolutely disgusting. Total scam, do not order from here. I ordered a bracelet from here which never turned up. When I chased it, the phone number doesn’t work and they do not reply to emails or messages on social media. DO NOT USE

No reponse to my emails, phone number doesn't work. I'm very disappointed as I have ordered 5 teething necklaces as gifts in the past. They all arrived to their final destinations (eventually). The latest order was a necklace and anklet set. The package arrived with a necklace only. I have been chasing up the anklet, with no avail. My next order will not be with Shopmarambra!

I purchased and didnt receive so for a week ive been chasing via email and phone with no reply or answer - i then commented on their fb to see others have been scammed!! This company doesnt exist! Theyve taken images from a reputable company and are just taking peoples money ! My poor baby was in agony teething and im sat here waiting for an amber bracelet that has and never will be sent. DISGUSTING and dishonest !

Total scam ! Spent £32 and they still haven’t arrived ! They delete my comments off Facebook and won’t anwser my emails . Also there contact number doesn’t work !!! Avoid

A total scam! Ordered from them 9th of November and it’s still hasn’t arrived. Emailed them but no answer and tried to ring but won’t get through! Total scam!

Order has not arrived. No response from the emails I have sent. This company is based in Latvia. Don’t bother using them!

They are scammers!!!! They didn’t even send me a confirmation email for my order. Never got my purchase. I have contacted them through their Facebook page and all I have got are just auto replies. Please report them to Facebook/ google/ government if you are a victim too! We should stop this company from scamming more innocent parents who only want the best for their baby.

Non existent customer service. Bought an anklet/bracelet for my daughter and after a delayed delivery it broke 20 minutes after putting it on her. Total scam.

I actually did write a negative review this morning, re my delivery not arriving and then it came with my postie today! Items took 11 days to arrive as they are over seas (i didn't realise when ordering) I did message the company asking about my order and no response. Because the items took so long I ended up reordering with a UK based reputable company. I can't comment on the items I received as haven't been used as of yet.

Terrible service! Still waiting for my order 2 weeks later, I have messaged and emailed them on several platforms and all I have got is radio silence! Out of pocket!

Different supplier but I am now out of pocket, robbing people of there own money basically is what this company does do not order from here

Shocking customer service- I bought a bracelet for my daughter. It was too big so I wanted to exchange.I won't mention I tried to contact them 5 min after placing that order when I realised I had the wrong size so the correct one could have been sent before the despatch. Nope. No answer to calls or email. I have received as expected the wrong size and still no answers to my phone/email so I can get the correct size! In the end I had to buy the bracelet from a different supplier. Shocking is an understatement.
