Cars to and from airport booked on Aug 1st. On return journey, call them as soon as landed (hand carry only). Called again once exiting passports, only to be told the wait is going to be 30 mins. Challenged this, call was handed over to controller, time now extended to 45 mins. I had booked and paid ride! Highly disappointing, found my own way home. Do not recommend SkyEx cars. Their processes are flawed!

Insist on prepayment for heathrow pick ups
Always turn up late to airport
Always demand that you clear baggage claim before dispatch
I guarantee I will no longer use this service

Used to be really good, not anymore called, ordered a cab said was told 20 minutes then a hour late the cab arrived was over 45 minutes late to work- avoid if you want to be on time.

This is my text response to SkyEx after cancelling a prebooked taxi,which never arrived. "We did not cancel original booking arranged at 1pm today for 1.30pm pickup from my home address but after waiting more than 45 minutes I contacted the company again and was told the taxi would be arriving shortly but as it did not I contacted the com[pany again only to be told the taxi had been cancelled due to no available driver. If that was the case then you should have not taken the booking in the first place then I could have arranged for an alternative taxi there and then instead of being kept waiting until it was too late to keep my appointment which I will now have to rearrange. I think the service you provide is most unsatisfactory and not fit for purpose. I used your service on personal recommendation and so I am most disappointed with your service as I expected much better".

This is the worst cab firm ever. They cannot even get peoples telephone numbers right. Today it took them over 2.5 hours to pick up a passenger from Heathrow Airport and despite calling them over 15 times to check and despite reassurance their driver never even managed to geythere at all. Had to use another individual to collect the passenger waiting over 2.5 hours to be picked up from Heathrow Airpott. DO NOT BOOK them ever. They are unreliable cab firm

Worse cab service ever had. Make you wait for Atleast 1 hour

We were due to be picked to go to Heathrow for a holiday on the 27th of April at 0615.
At 0600 I get a phone call from them saying they can’t cover the journey which was booked the previous evening.
No apology or anything the guy could not even speak English properly so did not understand what I was saying to him.
I prefer to use a local service but never again.
Thank god Uber came to the rescue 👍

Absolutely appalling, often waiting for over an hour after picking up suitcases, waiting in the car park, freezing and hungry

Travelled out with sky-ex & it was fine. Inward travel pre booked people carrier & gave them call when we landed. We had to wait an hour in cold before pickup & it was a standard Toyota prius! All our hand luggage on laps. Moreover chat with manager was disappointing as he was not willing to acknowledge there was an issue & still charged full price!

Worst experience,no respect for customer avoid

Very unhelpful controller on shift - 4th Jan tried to explain why charges being quoted were different to when we arrived. Completely unhelpful no customer services and just hung up the phone while I was talking. Not the way you want your city to be known….. henceforth never recommending you guys to anyone!

Had cab booked to Heathrow Terminal 2 as my flight is yet at 8:30 in the morning. I was called 3 times an hour before my booking apparently stating they don’t have a driver and I will need to make alternative arrangement when I had booked at least 2 days before and received a call at 5:30 when I had booked for 6:45 stating they don’t have driver in the area. When I had spoken to a lady who was operator at 6:34 17/11/21 who seemed had no clue what she was talking about and blamed me because I had missed their call whilst packing who was really unprofessional and didn’t want to take ownership of what had happened nor apologies and when I had told her I will write review and I will put everything in writing whom had replied I hope it’s honest review. Also stated because my journey is from central London zone that’s why they didn’t have driver in the area and they are based in Hayes Middlesex which had nothing to do with what was going on and even when it is airport pick up there is always 20-30 just wait for the driver to pick you up and always whenever I use this app to book or use Skyex over the phone they are just not up to standard you would expect however this morning if it was not for Addison Lee service I would have struggled and I will never use this service nor bother with it with this shambolic.

Very bad service with this company sky ex cars they treat the passengers like crap so rude and disrespectful rang the office and they were useless saying that I never asked for the directions to be dropped off

Really crap service just order a ride got into the car then the office cancelled My ride so I had to get out really crap service the cab driver just kicked me out took long to come now I'm late 4 work my client won't be able to get his medication so angry

Would rate it 0 stars, needed to take my dad to the hospital, was told it would be 5-10 mins, after 20 mins i was told the driver declined the job and they were waiting for another, then after being told it would be 10 mins, called the driver after 15 mins and he said “i dont want the job can you cancel it” after phoning the company and deciding to cancel my booking, they decided to send 2 cabs outside my house 40 mins late and repeatedly called me. Would never use them or recommend to anyone, drivers are as dumb as rocks and the operators are even worse.

Wouldn't even give 1 star ! Very unprofessional and rude . Always cancelling my cabs . Refusing to put me through to a supervisor or manager. Telling me I'm not their best customer ect and I spend £800 a Month! Absolute joke of a company . Steer clear at all costs !

Do not book with this company!
Lie about the quotes given, even though its an error on their website.
They quoted me £34 online and then called me to say I didn't enter a postcode and it was now £57. When I explained it wouldn't allow me to add the postcode he said I made the error and they would not honor it. Its the same address with or without a postcode. So for 1 mile extra they're charging me £22.80!!
Use to be an amazing company you could rely on before Uber etc, such a shame as I thought to use them and help a small business instead of Uber, Bolt or Ola. I will be taking this further.

The drivers are lovely, the people on the phone lie about wait times. Waited 50 minutes when they said 10-15. Not helpful and continually lied when I asked where my taxi was. Thank your ruining my plans! It’s not the first time this has happened either. You may be cheaper than most but I’d rather pay more now for a reliable service. The people in your office let your drivers down!
