Excellent customer experience from the get go! Filled out an online form, from that followed a phone call from Josh asking for a few more details. Everything is then completed via text - details to send to, explaining how best to package your parcel then onto updates regarding your item. You will get photos when the repair is complete. Once paid, it is then sent back via special Royal Mail delivery. Well done Josh you are very much smashing it!!

Fantastic service - I sent a message via their website and Josh called me back the next day to explain their service and provide a quote verbally and via text.
I accepted the quote and received advice on how to pack my watch to send it.
The Smart Repairs team updated me via text when they received the watch and again when it was repaired including photos. Only then did we have to pay. The watch was returned quickly and well packaged.
I am utterly delighted to have used Smart Repairs to replace the shattered glass of my series 4 Apple Watch after a few years in a drawer. Finally a cost effective and reliable option. Thank you

The screen has come off it’s like it not glued but it is screen damaged as well even though you have done a great job fixed it
