I Phone 12 ear piece speaker stopped working - a known component issue with Apple i12 but they don't care.
Phoned Lee and he confirmed he could replace the speaker and maintain the Face Id function for £70.
All completed within an hour - very helpful and knowledgable guy - would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish.. keep you updated all the way .. watch looks amazing and even cleaned it! Definitely use these people again.. this is my second time and wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

My phone completely died on me. Walked into Smart Simple, welcomed with a friendly smile and hello. Asked if they could just pop my SIM out to see if that would start my phone, it didn't. They quickly checked it's charge and had a quick look to find the issue. Within 5 mins the phone was back up and working, issue explained simply and I walked out with my phone fixed. Great guys, great service, highly recommend!!
