Dan was really good. He immediately gave reassurance and took the tension out of the incident. He was patient and understanding and explained what he needed and what would happen in clear and unambiguously. Nothing was to much trouble. Excellent customer service.

1st Class Customer Service
Waited 4 months to be passed across to a company for the repairs to go ahead.. Within minutes of being advised that Sopp&Sopp would be dealing with my claim they made contacted, I returned their missed call/email and spoke with Stephen.. I can’t compliment his service enough - very patient, extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly, turned my experience around, Thank you Stephen!
