StairFurb Avis

StairFurb were excellent to deal with from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward, communication was good throughout, and the product itself appears to be of a very high quality. My staircase was quite a complex installation, so personally I would not have felt comfortable attempting to fit it myself. The fitters StairFurb put me in touch with were brilliant and did an amazing job, and I am very pleased with the end result.

The only point I would raise is around the estimate for fitting costs. The figure mentioned on my video call for measurements was less than half of what I ultimately paid the fitters, so it would have been helpful to have a more accurate indication from the outset. I think it is always better to manage expectations by overestimating and then have it come in lower, rather than budgeting for one amount and then being faced with a much higher bill.

That said, I was very happy with the company overall, the quality of the product seems excellent, and I would certainly recommend them.

I was skeptical at 1st and wondered how it was going to go, however it turned out great, Stairfurb method works and I would recommend their product. The guys are very attentive too, so pretty good all round I'd say.

Easy to follow for
The measurements

Instructions from start to finish were great. Although I started out thinking I needed a fitter guidance was extremely clear. All information was in easy to follow steps and the video call was arranged to suit my team with no sale pressure. Husband checked company out and loved the ratings.

Prompt delivery. Items all as specified and in good condition.

Streamline process from start to finish .

Perfect, fantastic quality, excellent product…fitted by myself, no hassle 10/10

Used this company few times for glass stair rail and they are great. Good price, good quality and good customer service. Will use again

Really pleased with my experience with Stairfurb from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward, and the help and support provided throughout made everything easy to understand and get sorted.

The stair kit arrived as expected, and installation went well. The quality of the kit is great, and the finished result looks fantastic. It’s made a real difference to the overall look of my stairs and has given them a fresh, modern finish.

I’m really happy with both the product and the service received. It’s always nice when a company makes the whole process easy and provides help when you need it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stairfurb to anyone looking to transform their stairs!

Great service and support from the initial online enquiry, through the measuring process, updates about delivery and ongoing support. The actual embedded glass was so easy to install with pre cut rails and drill holes. Absolutely delighted with our new glass stairs. Highly recommend Stairfurb

Can't recommend highly enough from start to finish the customer service was fantastic and the end result is superb really makes a statement on my landing

Great communication and clear instructions on how to measure, order and install. The loan of a digital protractor was excellent as it removed any guesswork and made us confident that we had the right measurements.

Fantastic service from Stairfurb, from start to finish, the delivery was great, we checked everything was there and not damaged, the wood & glass is very good quality & made to a high standard, took just under 1hr to take out stair bannister out & fit new one, we are very happy with the finished product, it really does look lovely, highly recommend Stairfurb.

All the components were great quality and easy to use.
From start to finish everything went together well considering I had 5 newel posts on my staircase.
One little down side was the dowels that went into the hand rails weren't very easy to cut off, very short grain so had to use some oak filler on them.
Apart from that it has transformed my hall and stair case.
Thank you.
Steve Robinson.

Liked the ease of everything being cut to size but the handrail arrived badly bowed meaning the spindles did not fit in well and there was a lot of screws missing, base rail only recieved 3 instead of 7 and newel post screws was 2 short.

Excellent service, 1 on 1 step by step help when measuring, beautiful product, would definitely recommend

I would highly recommend Stairfurb to anyone even if they only have basic DIY skills. Stairfurb are professional and know their stuff. Easy process from start to finish and quick delivery. All measurements were spot on and so easy to fit. Great quality, price and looks amazing.

The customer service team are wonderful and always keep me updated with offers.
I was registered disabled last year and will eventually need to sell our family home to accommodate my disability and a new stairs would be a massive selling point.
Although the prices are fantastic they still are outside my budget but the customer service team have been world class helping me with quotes and nothing is too much of an ask - these are the people to go to - it’s not all about the money- they actually care, which is a rarity in this day and age.
Keep up the great work!

Excellent company to deal with. Whole process was easy from beginning to end. My staircase was complicated but am very happy with the result. Product is first class and the materials are excellent quality. Have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use them again should the need arise in the future.

Really happy with my Stair Fab order. The whole process was good and easy, and the quality is excellent. The glass looks amazing and the stainless steel is really good quality too.
