The location is amazing and the units are very spacious and neat with a clean safe feel to them not to mention very easy access. very good value for money and it's great that we can access this Storage Facility 7 days a week with almost 24hr access. Thank you Storebox Hornsey Team

I have been renting a unit at Storebox in Artane for the last 9 months. The staff and facilities throughout this time have been flawless. The units are clean, secure, and the whole process was quick and straightforward. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable storage in or around Artane.

The layout of the rooms makes finding your room easy, and the staff are very helpful.

Storebox Northallerton has been a great temporary storage facility for me for a year now. Easy to access, clean and dry and obligingJohn Love on site to help if needed - excellent.

I’ve been renting a storage unit with Storebox for a full year and have generally been happy with the storage itself.

My discounted rate was coming to an end and the new price was a significant increase, so I decided not to renew and arranged alternative storage. The new storage was available from the 30th, and I contacted Storebox to ask if I could have a couple of extra days to allow me to move everything across.

Unfortunately, the initial response from customer service was very inflexible. I was told that if I was still in the unit on the 29th, I would automatically be charged for another full month, and when I asked whether I could simply pay a weekly rate for the few days, I was told they don’t offer weekly storage.

After being a customer for a full year, I found this quite disappointing, particularly as I was only asking for a short extension to bridge the gap between storage units.

However, after leaving my review, I received a call from John Love at the Northallerton branch. John was very helpful and offered to let me remain in the unit until 5 October without any additional charge, which completely resolved the problem and gave me enough time to move everything out.

So while I was disappointed with how my initial request was handled, I do appreciate John taking the time to call me and finding a practical solution. Credit where it’s due — his intervention made a big difference.

The storage was excellent, easily accessible, and good value for money. Check-in and check-out was good, with clear instructions provided in advance. Would definitely recommend and use again, if needed.
