Really good experience with Storebox (London Bridge). The facility is very clean, well maintained, and easy to use. The customer service has also been excellent, everyone I’ve spoken to has been friendly, helpful, and understanding.

The units are well looked after and been with them many years. All transactions were quick and easy and took on a second unit during the time with them. Good prices and would recommend to others.

A very friendly, kind and accommodating company. Even in the difficult circumstances I was in everything was to easy and efficient. The Units were very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend them.

The whole process has been smooth to navigate, the facility at Scarborough is great, they even have little trollies to help get your stuff in and out of the unit. Security is great with keypad access to the site, then again to get into the building. Communication has been wonderful with clear instructions about access and then when finishing the contract. Nicholas was wonderful as well extending the introductory offer as we needed a little longer to get things sorted. All in all 5 stars. Thank you.

The store box was easy to use, was never to busy, so there was always equipment needed to hand, if anything broke as things often do, they were immediately fix by the next day, and staff have been very helpful, when I first got my storage locker as I wasn’t sure what I was doing and when I’ve left, lovely and easy to chat to, which makes all the difference when you have to call someone to cancel/ figure things out

Absolutely horrendous experience..
Auctioned off my possessions while I was abroad..I was a long term customer It counts for nothing..This has totally broken me..I had things i can never replace. after being robbed by a slumlord stored my things there thinking I had a break from others meddling in my private life...Words can not express my deep sadness..
Also months of payments by me go without refund. despite emailing... insult to injury.. i just hope that one day whoever made this decision gets a taste of their own bad deeds..what goes around comes around. Harrowing and soul destroying experience!

While moving house, having a Storebox container nearby has been invaluable. I thought I would only need it for a week or two, but being able to get what I need when I need it, without filling my house with the stuff I don't need, has been well worth the money. The people I have spoken to on the phone have always been really helpful and friendly too.

Storebox Bolton was simple and staff were very helpful.
Facilities and security are very good and felt safe both going there and leaving my goods.
Tom-Site Manager was always very helpful as was the Support Line. Nothing was too much trouble. All were very polite, helpful and quick to respond/resolve any issue.
Still using the facilities and happy with it.
I would recommend and use Storebox again.

I have used a service of storbox in south woodford branch renting out a 100 sq feet unit. I was very pleased to have chosen storebox and I would like to highly recommend. I value this company for their high standard and great service quality. I appreciate about them among others great attributes they have. The communication both via phone and email is great, professional and straight forward. The facilities are well taken care of. There are toilets and a small kitchen with kettles, toasters and microwave. There is light in units from the ceiling through the crates and are ventilated. The opening times have been extended from 6am to 9pm !! I very much recommend storebox!

The service from Nicholas is exceptional. Nicholas took the time and patience for me to use the service as I am not very technical but Nicholas talked me through it. I am very happy with my storage unit especially as there is always a trolly available. Thank you.
