I was at Menominee Falls venue.
A very friendly and clean place to go. All the stylist are great. Last two times I had Kristina. She is very motivated to give you what you want and takes as much time as possible to do just that. I am no longer salon shopping. This is my go to salon.

Mayelin at Country Isles Plaza was just terrific. Pleasant, professional, conversant and gave me a really nice haircut. I am not as diligent as I should be with maintaining my hair, but she really did a great job. I will absolutely request her for my next haircut! She was just lovely - and indulged me in my attempts at speaking Spanish!

Sara was my Stylist at the St Clair Shores location on Harper Ave. I got an amazing haircut. I am very pleased and I will return there to get all of my future haircuts. Very friendly and efficient.

I wasn’t able to get an appointment with my barber so I ran over to Supercuts in Tops plaza Buffalo ny. My stylist was Kizzy and even though she had an appointment coming soon, she fit me in and was super friendly and professional. Made it a really enjoyable visit.

And I’ve never had a better haircut and that’s saying something growing up in a house with my sister being a hair dresser for many years.

I went to Supercuts on Mendon Road. Never again I made an appointment. The lady doesn’t know how to follow instructions. I asked for an inverted bob and I don’t know what the hell I got. It wasn’t that the one side was crooked from the other side I had to tell her how to cut it, not what I wanted not happy. I need to find a hairdresser that knows how to cut hair and to to follow directions.

I visited this hairdresser as I was short on time and the location was convenient. What a MISTAKE! I have not had my hair cut in a while, so expected her to take some time to do a good job. She was done in less than 15 mins. The main issue I have is that she trimmed one of my eyebrows without me noticing - when she started on the brow above my nose I said "please dont trim my eyebrows" and she moved on. I only noticed when I got home that one was trimmed, the other not. She didnt say ANYTHIING to me at the time, not when I was checking out. I will not be visiting ANY Supercuts again. Stick with my tried and true local shop. Lesson learned.

Miquela at the Supercuts in Lambertville, MI did a wonderful job coloring my hair and trimming my bangs on January 28, 2023. She was very detailed and thorough. But mostly she was friendly, talkative and personable compared to the other stylists I have had in the past. I plan on making future appointments with her.

Fast friendly service and my cut was better than I thought I will definitely be going back

I just came from the SuperCuts in Aurora on 1250 S. Buckley (Somerset) and the stylist, Tracey H, did an amazing job!!! I have really short hair and had let it grow out, so I wanted it short again. I was going for a Miley Cyrus-esk look and she did such a great job!! I defiantly plan to go there again when I want it cut!! (Plus this is the best SuperCuts I've ever been to (out of four) in the Aurora area so I defiantly recommend)

Super cut in Ephrata PA store 82183… went in for a trim and even out since I had an outgrown lob haircut previously. All I asked for was a trim and to even the front with the rest of the hair. (Cut was not even and my front was still longer than the rest of my head) when she washed my hair it was not even 3 mins- and half of my head was still dry and not washed. When she blew my hair she did it with a rake brush and complained that my very thin hair was frizzy? She escorted me out of the chair and and my hair was still damp! I had never previously been to a super cut and thought to myself “ hey it’s only a trim,wash and blow they’ll be able to do it” - I just don’t understand are y’all not teaching to correctly wash hair ? Correctly at the very least trim hair straight? And how to blow dry? I mentioned a few times to use another brush to dry and she refused… I told her my hair was still wet after I saw how much I paid for this horrible job and she sat me back down to dry it completely. I had to go home and wash and blow my own hair and I paid $51 for this! The woman made a racist comment on top of this whole experience. She said that a lot of people think she’s Spanish and she didn’t know why… I said well coming from a Spanish woman you don’t look it to me - even tho I don’t look it myself. She then says, “ yeah, I don’t know maybe because I speak broken English and don’t speak English proper” and laughed it off…it took everything in me to not say anything - I just wanted to get out of that place asap -The only other worker that was there looked terribly sick with possibly the flu! So many reasons why no one should go to Supercuts ! This was crazy! Jen was the “stylists”

Your temple store has one hairdresser on a weekend. I wrote in the book to be seen at 5:30. When I arrived at 520 the door was locked. The hairdresser never allotted my time. Never again. Dont give them business.

I came in with a light caramel hair with tons of light brown/ blond highlights walked out with dark black/ brown hair!!! Very disappointed. I just came in for a root touch up! I did not ask for a total hair color!
Person would not even offer to correct the mistake. I need to pay to highlight what I lost. I will never go to the Chesterton in Supercuts again!

What the actual f___, I showed a picture of a dude with styled long hair and they left me with maybe an inch away from being a buzz cut. You shot for the moon and hit Mount Rushmore my friend.

I arrived at 1:03 pm, the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying: we will be back in 30 min out for lunch. I waited on my car a few minutes and saw a few customers came, and left after reading the sign. At 1:23 pm one of the workers came from inside the salon with two kids, and locked the door again with keys. When she passed next to my car. I asked her if they were close for the day. She just told we are still on our break time and she left the parking lot in her car. I assumed that the salon will open at 1:30 pm, but it is already 2:00 pm and nothing. Door locked and not worker inside, even tried to call the salon but no answer. ( this is specifically for the Supercuts salon located on: 19507 Interstate 45, Unit 800. Spring, TX 77388

I absolutely love my experience with Ms. Colleen today! She made me feel sooooo at ease with her conversation. I would say she has a masterful touch with people. Two thumbs up!!!

Listen to what the customer wants. If you need to go eat your lunch do not get another customer!

Colette always does an excellent job! I have been going to the Broodson location for years and I am very happy

This relates to supercuts Bedford and only the wonderful lady who cut mine and my Daughter's hair on the 29th December. She was amazing and gave us both a fantastic haircut. We will return only if she is available to do our hair.

Supercuts Hounslow - How Pathetic!!

Dear Lidya & Vera .. If you don't want to cut hair stop wasting everyone else's time ... How unprofessional to make excuses with an hour of opening time left, and then to continue to sweep the floor rather to get on with the job ... I booked my appointmet at 14:30 .. I was ON TIME, even early by 10min .. Pathetic service ...
