Supercuts Avis 580

On Saturday at around 6:49pm I walked in to supercuts on bellflower and stearns in Long Beach CA and was told sorry we are close, but at the door it clearly says open till 7:00pm. Oh ok I walked out, store owner needs to know this store needs better management. You guys lost me as a customer.

Yesterday was my first time using super cuts in Peterborough and I will certainly be going back I wanted a drastic change from my long colour growing out hair to a pixie cut I explained what I wanted to the stylist he then went over what I had asked for to make sure he had it correct and gave me the most wonderful cut he also gave me styling tips along the way and all this for £42.50 I really don’t know why I haven’t tried this salon before but as I said I will defiantly be using it again as for the other staff there they were friendly and giving the best service to their customers thank you super cuts I am one happy customer

I scheduled in advance and was told to be there in one hour. Showed up at that time and after another hour finally had to walk out. Worst place ever…..wasted 2 hours of my Saturday and still no haircut.

I got lice! Worst experience ever and not just me but 3 other people in my family got it too. Never going again.

Well, my experience with Supercuts was probably extremely bad personally I went there for quite a long time and they kept telling me I’m going to lose my hair if I can use their products well and 55 and I have a full head of hair and then one of my experiences there was one of the employees hairstylist if you can call her that sorry but she started talking about head lice going to get your haircut shouldn’t be an experience that you feel bad about sorry

Not sure why I made an appointment. Scheduled a 1:25 slot and arrived on time… it’s 2:00 and no acknowledgement they are running behind. And to make matters more annoying, another patron with a 2:00pm appointment walked in at 1:50 and went right in. Pretty disappointed.

I usually visit the sports barber in Ephrata excellent haircut every time I could not get in soon enough so I visited your store first time ever it's the choppiest haircut I ever received in my life I think I'm 68 years old yeah I got hair growing out of my ears he trimmed the right ear not the left ear pathetic didn't know it all till I got home I'm sorry I left him a $5 tip never again!

I hate social media! Not all Supercuts are the same. My Supercuts on Marie Dr in Middletown is awesome. These girls work hard for little money and often I’ve seen No Tip. Please don’t harm everyone because of 1 bad place.

Before i went to supercuts i made an appointment for 2 pm got there right bat 2 made sure i wasn't late there was one boy there waiting so he was next so i waited and a guy and his son walked in and said he had an appointment but he was late and couldn't make that appointment in my eyes that makes him a walk in so what do they do they called him before me so my appointment is good for what i felt like i didnt matter to them i been going there for the last ten years i guess it's time to find somewhere else to cut my hair

Maddie makes all the difference in the world. She is professional, courteous, and is an extremely excellent stylist. She genuinely cares, listens, and has a plan and has coached me through every step of the way. She helped me purchase the products I need and taught me how to use them and how to style my hair. I'm growing a very short style to a long style and Maddie has helped me know what to expect at every stage and provided insight and techniques to attain that goal which can take 1-3 years. She's helped me realize it is possible and encouraged me every step of the way while managing my unmanageable hair and taming it as it goes through the various stages. Codi has cut my hair for the 4th time and I would not trust any other member in the salon.
Codi is professional, expert at his job and respectful. I found the other staff members being dishonest overcharging and making excuses, despite not having the shampoo package. There was no mistake but clear dishonesty.
It is unfortunate, that the ladies cannot maintain professional attitide as in the Stratford branch. If it was not for Codi I would rather visit the other branch or the Rush Hairsalon next door.
I observd unhealthy dynamics, a lot of gossiping and smirking at customers. Shame!

I made 3 appointments with Terri. The first time when I show up she had problems with her mother. Ok, I understand-you have to take care of mom. The second “appointment “ was also a no show for Terri. Again, something with her Mother. Luckily for me there was someone there that cut my hair and did a good job. Not quite as good as Terri but very close. Then I call to make an appointment for 3/9/23 at 9:30 am. I spoke with Terri herself and made the appointment with Terri for 9:30 am. I show up and the place is closed!!! No one inside. I called the salon number and got no answer. I waited until 9:45 am before leaving. I did call Terri after I got home and asked why I had been stood up 3 times in a row. Terri responded with “Sorry about that.”? REALLY?!?!THEN HAD THE NERVE ASK IF I WANTED TO COME IN THAT AFTERNOON!!!!!! I TOLD HER THAT I WAS DONE WITH HER AND SUPERCUTS !!!! I guess that’s why there are so many negative reviews about this company. I have sent several emails to Supercuts since 3/9/23 and have yet to receive any response at all. If you are in Jacksonville, Florida DON’T GO TO TERRI AT SUPERCUTS!!!

Dena haggled 12" of mane. No wash, no style as requested. A whole 10-15 minutes of my life ... I can't regain! Humiliation ... to say the least! There's salons & chop shops! There's stylist, beauticians & barbers ... neither apply to Dena! Maybe a first grader's first experience with scissors! One Star is too much!

The person who cut my hair was absolutely worthless, she cut the top of my hair when I told her no, she used product without my permission, and she cut me with a blade so yes this was the worst place I have ever been. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE, IF YOU GO HERE YOU ARE ASKING FOR A MOLE RAT CUT.

I went in for a trim. I asked if they had any toners for my hair. The lady I had didn’t know about toners, she asked the other lady. End all, I left with wet hair n paying $72? I got up charged for a color service? N I did purchase a product, but $72 for what was a $28 trim? N not even drying my hair...never again

My son, Grant went in for a haircut. He asked for a small trim. Instead they made him look like the dollar store version of Bruce Lee. I am beyond upset. I paid 20 bucks for this ugly haircut. When we got home he looked in the mirror and started crying. He didn’t want go to school cause he hated it so much. He has to go to a karate tournament today and tomorrow. DO BETTER!!!!

Yvette at the SuperCuts in Park Ridge hacked 6 inches off my hair in random places and 2 inches in other places. It has some spots that are 4 inches shorter than other places. I am tramatized. I look like garden sheers attacked me while I was sleeping. It is hidious. I specifically requested to have less than 1/4 inch, blunt cut, taken off the bottom. I specifically said NO layers. I specifically said I DO NOT want short hair. I said just barely take a little off the bottom, because I would rather come more frequently than have to wait a long time because too much is cut. My hair was long and all one length. Now it is way too short and very uneven. It is longer by my chin, and so very short by my right ear those pieces won't even reach my ponytail, and then longer in some parts of the back. There is like a very wierd triangle cut into the one side. Instead of acknowledging her error and apologizing she had the nerve to defend herself saying she thought this would look better. She did not listen. My hair is all gone. It will take many years to grow back. It looks terrible. Then she had the nerve to brag that she teaches other stylists. Someone needs to teach her so she won't continue to ruin peoples hair. It can't be fixed. Everytime I try to run my fingers through my hair, it's not there anymore. Everytime I look in the mirror. Everytime someone I know sees me and asks "What happened to your hair". I can't style it. It doesn't even all reach my hair tye to go up in a bun when I workout and dance. Pulling it all back with pins to hide the ends is all I can do. Please speak to her. She definitely was incapable of listening to me.

Absolutely awful. Ruined my daughter's beautiful hair. Asked for a few inches off and thinning a little of her long, curly, thick hair. Left her looking like a toddler who got a hold of the scissors. Beyond angry.
