I’ve had long hair forever, and today I decided it was just too much work and unless all conditions were perfect it hardly ever looked good. I went to Supercuts in Glendale and met Lola. She has curly hair like me, so she understood the trials and tribulations of long curly hair. I told her what I had in mind and she did exactly what I asked her to do. I LOVE MY HAIR!!! It turned out so cute and she introduced me to this great product that removes all frizz and doesn’t make my hair stiff or weigh it down. I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to Lola!!

I am a woman whom works 6 days a week so I have to get alot accomplished on my one day off,so when I needed a haircut I scheduled it. Only to find when I showed up I was told 3 walk-ins were ahead of me and I had to wait for 40 minutes. So what exactly is the point of an appointment at this business? Your website should be more specific about your policies.
No way to cancel Supercuts Unlimited…
I joined the Supercuts Unlimited monthly subscription because i liked going there. After a few months i realized that i wasn't going often enough to make it worth it, so i tried to cancel. there is no way to canel. i went to the store location in person and they referred me to the website. their website doesn't list any subscriptions, must less give you a way to cancel. i called their customer service number and it is just a recording that hangs up after playing. i emailed them and they never responded or cancelled. finally i called my bank to block payment. a few months later they started billing me again from a different payment processor than the one that was blocked. Never going back.

Today I got what I consider the absolute worst haircut I have ever received and believe me. I have a few haircuts under my belt. I got this horrible haircut at the Supercuts on 27 W. of 75 in Ocala. I know sometimes you need to get one right away and sometimes you need one that’s not, very expensive but holy crap. !!!

Today when I walked into the Tacoma Supercuts to have Savvy cut my hair, I knew basically what I wanted done with my hair. In the past I had found it hard to explain to other hairdressers what it was that I was hoping for... This time however Savvy was able to grasp what I was looking for, a soft wedge. A simple cut, that is low maintenance but still looks stylish. I am so glad to have found Savvy. She is a gem.

We discussed product and styling ideas for my two daughters, as well as, myself. I bought a lot of products feeling certain all would be great for the different needs in my family. Not so supercuts!
Went to Meadowhall today to get my hair trimmed. Walked up to the counter and an older woman looked me up and down when I asked for a trim. I explained that I had just washed my hair so just wanted a wet trim. She said we will only take an inch off!. I said that's fine that's all I want. Then she said and we won't put any layers in it! She was very rude. I'm an older woman myself so don't expect to be spoken to like that especially when paying for a service. Obviously I turned around and walked out.

I went in with a photo and showed the stylist. She seemed like she understood. All she did was cop four inches off of my head, did not do any layers, and I can't begin to describe the crappy bang job. Second time supercuts failed. You get what you pay for I guess.
Useless online queue
I joined the online queue for a salon. The queue time was 35 mins. When I arrived the person there said the wait would be one and a half hours at least and informed me that the online system was useless. So I made a journey there for nothing. Why is the system so useless? Surely the staff in the salon should be monitoring times and adjusting wait times accordingly. Luckily I booked an appointment elsewhere but I will never use this service again. Such a waste of my time.

My son just got absolutely butchered at Supercuts in Wilton CT. He asked for 1/2 inch off all the way around and got almost a total buzz cut with it looking choppy all over the top. I feel terrible for him- at 16 this is devastating! When I called to ask to speak to the manager, I was told about our stylist: "Oh ya, Amanda's new here." Then why the EFF isn't she shadowing someone? she should not be using scissors until she's competent. Customers should not be afraid that their stylist is so new they dont know how to cut hair. I'm expecting a full refund - and wouldn't have paid at all if I had taken a really good look before paying.

Well, stylist need proper training on cutting curly hair! Very inexperienced at a local Supercuts I’ve been going to this business 20+yrs it’s really gone down hill! I was unpleased today the gal cut too much from my layers, she didn’t do as I asked and didn’t show me the first inch cut before proceeding! Will not return…. Supercuts need to hire better hair stylist with more modern styling and public relations!
