I wish I could give this salon negative stars.
When I walked into the salon in Putnam, CT, my hair was parted on the right and straight. The stylist asked me what I wanted and told her that I just wanted the ends trimmed to make them even. After she "shampooed" my hair (very inexperienced), she combed it out. She parted my hair in the middle and began to trim the ends, then blew it dry. All the while I was turned away from the mirror and couldn't see what she was doing. She never asked if I wanted a new style so I assumed she would style into the same look I had when I walked in. When done, my hair was still parted in the middle and she had "styled" it into straggly curls. It was awful. It was still damp but I just wanted to get out of there. After arriving home and fixing the style myself I discovered that not only had she cut 1.5+ inches off the length, but the right side of my head was about 1/2 inch shorter than the left. That's a trim? Not in my world. I will never go back there.

I went in for color and cut. After showing stylist pics of hair. She and another stylist assured me that goal is achievable. I arrived with medium length red hair and left with choppy hair with black streaks. Some areas are red some are ashy and some are black. They stylist could not explain why the black steaks and said that the balck may wash out after serval washes! Not only were they rude, but demanded full price for services rendered. Worst experience of my life!! Supercuts customer service only has email and they have not responded to 2 of my emails!!!

Jenn was 10 minutes late to 2 of three appointments (1:00 appointments). She does not know how to do gray blending hair color. The cut was different each time although I requested the same length and style each time. The blow dry was a joke. The blow dry styling began the way a groomer at Pet Smart drys a Golden Retriever…no round brush was used at the beginning. Just wooshing. I mentioned this to her at the next appointment and she was defensive. She says she has been a hair stylist for 24 years. Maybe experiencing some burnout? If there was a half star rating, I would have used it.

Train your stylist the Wright way or change the advertisement to " trims only " these girls are so unexperianced or lazy. !!!! Teach them to divide and cut ! To take pride in their work. Or teach them the right way to section and cut. Teach them angle of cut. Head is round not square! I am at stay at home mother. Even I know that if you comb hair up, different lengths occur if you cut in an even line. the prices you charge for this inexcusable cut is outrageous. Not happy at all!!!!!!!

I had a hair cut done at Supercut Bullring Link. The worst experience ever. They don’t know how to cut your hair. Their target is to charge you as much as they could and get rid of you.

First time at this location (governors square). Went on a Tuesday around 1:00 pm. Got right in chair. Had bangs trimmed and eyebrows waxed. I do believe my stylist was Shanera...very nice and did a good job. I'll be back!

Miss Carolyn gave me one of the most excellent bob haircuts I've ever had her lines are so straight in her cheerful attitude made the time just fly by what a fun plaza to visit please come to Supercuts and help these ladies maintain a livable lifestyle amen God bless and Supercuts was the best.

The stylist listened and cut my hair the way I wanted it cut. She was friendly and professional! I am so happy with her efforts and look forward to seeing her again for my next hair cut. Her name is Miryam and she works at SuperCuts in Park Ridge, New Jersey.

Was going to charge a lot more that I thought, said I had to pay extra because they couldn't cut my hair without washing it. Went to another hair dressers instead, who said it can be cut without being washed, and I was charged half the price

I had very long hair but due to my chemo treatments I will be taking I would lose it so I went to super cuts . on August15 I went in,and Emily cut it. I showed her a pic as to how short and told her to go for it. She was very friendly. She did great work and her station was very clean. If a reward is given to people like her she needs two. Why is it that you can't set an appointment at Supercuts? My time is important to me, and I don't want to sit and wait for an opening. If I sign in online, it's for a later time that day, but can't make it for a different day. I have things to do in the morning and need to be the first customer in line when they open.

My stylist was Sahira.
She is very organized, friendly and gives the proper cut I am always asking for. She services her customers with a happy attitude and professionalism
I ask for her every time I get a haircut.

The costumer service was good but the hair cut was horrible and every time I go no matter what I say they always end up cutting my hair way too short and ruining my social life for a couple months

I walked in and was greeted right a way. 2 smiling faces greeted me. I have never had someone wash my hair like the way Aurea did. Totally amazing! She cut my hair just the way I wanted it. The whole time explaining what she was doing and giving tips on products and how to use them. Aurea took my hair trans formed to looking super and shiny. The manager who watching did fine training. Told me about donating for kids which I did. All out pleasant time. This was salon at 12229 Jefferson ave newport News Va. I highly recommend.

My regular hairdresser retired a year ago — ever since I’ve been trying to find just the right replacement. I finally found her at the SuperCuts on Jeffrey in Irvine, CA. Monica did the perfect hair cut for me, with minimal instruction. I’m definitely going back!

Worst experience ever. This was a second chance for them but the attitudes were horrible. I felt like a burden. I asked for a 0 fade and this Columbus, Ne. Location has no clue. Took her 10 minutes and I was speechless! Should never have paid them. Never go to this location it’s the worst.

I had to give it a star to write my review ,went to a Supercuts in Whitemarsh pa. The only male in the store on a Sunday .he watched a YouTube video to do my hair when I showed him a picture of what I wanted done .he didn’t wet my hair he sprayed my hair with a spritz and said I will shave the back of your hair and around your ears, but never cut or trimmed the split ends of the top
Of my hair I looked like a Mario mushroom 🍄‍🟫 with all the hair hanging over the shave hair ,all I wanted was my money back and they proceed to say come in we will fix it .nope I don’t want anyone touching my hair there after that incident.if you have curly hair and want a cut on a budget don’t go to super cuts .
