Don’t order anything from this place. I spent 150 for a portrait thats suppose to be done glossy with resin. Instead, its printed on glossy paper placed on a canvas and places on very sloppy. I can still see the cut marks on the back

It's absolutely amazing I love it
I just want to say the item that I order came out awesome. My girlfriend loved it. I can't wait to find a spot in my house to hang it on the wall. I wish I could post a picture of it. It's absolutely amazing.

I ordered a custom portrait of my dog made specifically of GLASS and received a glitter resin canvas instead. I emailed the customer service line to get a refund and they will not give me one and instead said they will give me ANOTHER glitter resin canvas even though that's not at all what I want since I just want my over 100 dollars back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

First one wasn’t quite right (eye and nose colors were incorrect), but the customer service team went out of their way to make it right, going above and beyond to make a replacement that is a striking likeness to both my husky boys! Absolutely phenomenal customer service and top communication!

Not a scam, but working out the kinks…
I wrote a previous review stating that they scammed out of $200; however, they were quick to respond after my complaint via email. It ultimately took ~2 months to get the portrait and, like others, the frame was cracked and the image appeared washed out. They made it right though and and sent a brand new picture with vivid crisp coloring and a better quality intact frame.
If you order from them, be aware it may take up to a few months to get the final product, but they are committed to getting it right.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a stained glass of my 6 dogs. As soon as I ordered it the picture of what they were going to send only had 5 dogs in it. I contacted them immediately, only got AI which told me to email . I emailed, no response. I emailed again, no response. Then I received an email they were shipping my order. I emailed again send them photos of the picture I ordered with, what they were sending and also below my order they offered other items like a mug which had my SIX dogs on it. In all I emailed and tried to get them to correct their mistake 5 times with no result! I received the stain glass but I can’t display it, not with one dog missing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Beware!

Stunning Product
I was a bit wary to order after seeing ad on Instagram. Wasn't sure if company was legit. However I did some research and decided to order. The portrait of my dog is absolutely beautiful. It looks just like him. I was kept informed via emails from Tedooo from the start of production to the day it was shipped. They even showed a mock up. The piece came carefully wrapped and I couldn't be happier with the final product. I would highly recommend Tedooo for a unique product for yourself or as a gift.

Not at all like pictured in advertisement!!! I thought it was a reson with real wild flecks and green! Very cheaply made NOT WORTH $150.00! I’m extremely disappointed! I don’t want a replacement I want a full refund

Definitely not what I expected or thought I paid for. Your advertisement looked like a solid, acrylic picture, not a thin, pulled over wood poster-like picture. The quality is cheap. I'm extremely disappointed in your product. It was expensive and deceiving.

Four stars because the portrait is 3D and the glass is meticulously set to resemble your portrait. I did provide feedback on Tedooo concerning the translucentcy of the glass. This causes a difference in appearance from the sample portrait compared to what you receive. If you're fine with that, then I recommend. I had no issues with shipping or delivery.

Awful experience with Tedooo
Awful experience with Tedooo. I ordered a resin dog picture. Paid about $220. It's been 17 days now and the company cannot provide tracking information or tell me the whereabouts of the shipment. Every day is a new song and dance. It appears to be a total scam. I am giving them three more business days as of Tuesday October 6, 2026. Otherwise I will be filing for a dispute with the credit card company and reporting it as a scam. Perhaps your experience is better, but mine has been nothing short of a scam. It's not only the delay, it's the fact that Tedooo does not give tracking information. Just an order number. No tracking means you have no idea if your item has even shipped. The email I received is that the item is "stalled". So, either, never shipped or lost. But without tracking, anyone can say anything. Personally, the experience for me has been scammy at best. I am giving it three more days before reversing the charge. I really wanted the item but it's not looking like this is a genuine transaction. Buyer, beware.
