This is nothing like what you advertise. Nothing, it's a canvas. It was supposed to be glass. And with whatever resin whatever it's called
This is just horrible. I paid all that money for this. This is nothing but a fraud and rip-off. I'm sorry I ordered a second one and I will make sure everybody I know knows exactly what kind of rip-off user pouring with these advertisements. This really sucks. This was my cat that I had put to sleep. Then, I've had for years and I was expecting this beautiful glass picture of him and I got nothing but a f****** print on a canvas. Thank you very much for nothing.

Sent my package to a business address across street that i have no ideal how that got the address. Being that we are dealing with a foreign country for customer service and they have no way to contact the delivery services. Then they are worthless for any help for connecting their own mistakes. Then they ask for a tip on top that! Yea, find a better way of taking care of your customers!!

I ordered my portrait of my dad & dog on 17 July 2026 it was a birthday present for my mum birthday 1 August & said i would receive my order by 6 August not too bad few days later after her birthday. Mum was very poorly, palliative care, sadly passed away on 26 August so mum never got to see her birthday present i promised her. As you can imagine very upset by this as it was a photo of my dad who sadly passed away boxing day last year. today 5 October 2026 I STILL WAITING TO RECIEVE THIS! Sharon

I absolutely love it…I wasn’t expecting the water/sky /cattails but living on a lake, it’s PERFECT! I don’t have any problem with shipping time as other people did because I didn’t have any urgent need! But love it!!!

Having just received my second identical order from this company (free from cost), after receiving my first damaged, I am frustrated, angry and wholy disappointed that the second order arrived in exactly the same condition....damaged! Maybe how they package the items needs reconsideration.

I am beyond thrilled with my purchase! My Rottweilers were captured so beautifully. I especially love it with the sun behind them. Thank you for these amazing pieces! Priceless!

Beautiful item, well packed and delivery was fast. However, the item is half the size they advertise. This was so disappointing as it was to mean a lot to me.

OI ordered x3 mosaic portraits of my dogs after falling in love with the AI generated pictures, unfortunately what I received was absolutely nothing like them. They are cheaply made rubbish. It gives the impression from various videos I've watched that they are individual mosaic pieces which are built in separate layers to give a 3d effect. In fact they are a sheet of glass, spray painted and then with what looks like a picture of my dog and a clear, transparent layer over the top with various lines to make it appear like its mosaics, it is extremely cheap and nasty.
Also when creating the AI pictures it allowed me to change the frame to silver which was exactly what I wanted but after receiving them and contacting the customer services was told they only do the dark brown ones, one of which fell apart when getting it out of the box. I wrote several messages back and forth complaining about how they look nothing like the AI pictures and understand they can't give a full refund as its personalised but at least a partial one. I was told they don't give refunds but sent me 2 more of which look worse than 2 of the originals even though I specifically said don't send any more as I didn't like them the first time.
I also by chance came across a review on one of my pictures which I most definitely hadn't written, I was appalled, it looks like an AI written one and contained absolute nonsense about my dog, referring to him being in the present when in fact he passed away 6 years ago. I also pointed this out to customer services.
The items also come from China not the USA and in all honesty I've bought better things from Temu.
Really upset over the whole thing and they are so expensive. Lesson learnt

As a footnote to your customer service response to my review below, I have contacted your customer services over and over again and have been corresponding with someone who is also called Emma, unless you are all named Emma then you should be VERY aware of my complaint. Just more rubbish, disgusting

Its had been over 3 months since I placed my order on Tedoo with Stone Vision for two art pieces. Tedooo responds to my inquiries, but they seem unwilling to actually do anything, given the lack of progress on my order. I will not shop Tedooo again, and I would discourage anyone from shopping, as there seems to be no recourse if you don't receive your items.

I don’t write many reviews but thought this one was worth the time. I was amazed by how accurate the image turned out in the glass. I wasn’t expecting it to be so detailed. This is a great tribute to our most recent loss in our pet family. Will definitely be seeking to do our other pets as the cross the rainbow bridge.

Whilst my other order, which I have written about being poor quality. I ordered another product from them. A dog portrait made of glass shards. Again like other reviewers stated. It was just a poor quality print covered by a sheet of glass. I have spent over 300 dollars with this company and both items were of poor quality and too embarrassing to even hang up. I wanted something special like a commissioned art piece and what I got was too ugly to put up. I’m sure the sun catchers are ok, but anything else I would not order. The AI tools and videos show a products that sadly they cannot deliver. I have been contacted by email to correct the issue, but I’ve ordered 2 items which are of very poor quality that I’m not even bothered to waste time to go through the refund process.

The product is far smaller than how it is depicted in the ad. Believed it was stained glass, but this is plastic and the thickness limits the amount of light the highlights the image. Don’t trust the Facebook site when making your decision.

My experience with the ordering process was great. The preview looked really nice and when I received it I was really impressed on how beautiful it was. It came in a timely manner. I will be ordering some other things from tedoooo for Christmas gifts. Thank you

The purchase I made didn’t meet my expectations as the item doesn’t turn out like what their site shows. The corner of my frame was damaged and all it looks like they do is print the picture on a piece of canvas and then just mold a shaping of I don’t even think they’re distinctly pieces of glass on. It looks very generic did not come out at all like I thought it was or like the preview showed me so no I don’t recommend this anybody else to be taken for over $200 and come back with something that doesn’t even look like it’s valued that price.

My order was placed on 7/5 and received the an email on 7/26 saying it was taking longer than expected. The next day I got an email saying it was shipping.Still had not received it by 8/23 and they said, "I can see the image you sent shows a tracking page/message, but on our side order # is still marked in production and I don’t see the order as shipped yet." 8/30 Another email saying it shipped but tracking number only shows a label was created. 9/13 still have not received it. Emailed 9/29 and got this response, "the carrier investigation remains open, and we’re continuing to follow up on the lack of tracking updates".

I couldn’t be more happy with my final product. It is way beyond what I even thought it would be.
