Tedooo Avis 

The product was supposed to be in epoxy and and size was supposed to be larger. I received a 12x12 and should have been a 30x30. What I received is absolutely not worth what I paid. Nothing but scammed.

I wish I was able to apply pictures to this review. I got a response to my review yesterday from Tedoo stating that the frame size chosen at checkout was the correct size that I had received. I want everyone to know that is a 100% lie. The way they market these framed pictures is by just sending you AI generated photo of what the picture looks like and as a buyer you assume that that’s what you’re gonna get. The company 100% rips off the buyer by sending them a mini little photo that they don’t even explain is in centimeters until after it’s already on its way to the buyer. The advertisement depicts a rather larger framed picture next to to a vase on a console table. I sent my picture of the advertisement that I luckily kept through ChatGPT and explained how everything went down and ChatGPT agrees that I have every right to be upset and their tactics of business were 100% misleading. I also want to express that the advertisement said I could recieve THAT PHOTO for 159 so I went through the process of their checkout on that advertisement. When they show you the dimensions, they don’t say centimeters or inches for a reason because they’re ripping you off they’re showing you the picture of a larger photo and inches and then sending you a smaller photo in centimeters. I 100% plan on taking this further and can’t wait to have the actual framed photo so I can show people what they did..

I have purchased 2 sun catchers and 2 personalized photo created keychains. I was skeptical at first but after reading the reviews I thought I would take a chance, and glad I did. The sun catchers turned out amazing as did the key chains. I will definitely order from them again (there are a lot of options in their store) A++++

Took awhile to get My Suncatcher but boy was it worth it. Beautifully made and came with all you need to hang it or hang from window etc.
Our pet Max has passed and when we saw it we were greatful and cried...

After absolutely no contact even after several messages and waiting over 4 weeks the painting arrived, just after I was about to contact my bank thinking I was scammed, it was about 150 AUD and I’m sorry but it’s horrible, and is a scam I think, it’s shiny, cheap and the canvas bends the frame so it doesn’t even sit against the wall no matter what you do, it looks like something from a $2 store, I was going to buy a heap more in different styles but I won’t be after this. This was a test run for the greyhound association to organise a large order and I’m sorry disappointed. Please don’t waste your money. The reviews are clearly hidden for a reason.

I received the most beautiful artwork/picture of our beloved Miss Dodge Lee today! I will forever treasure it, as I do her. I love what I have received so much that I’ve now ordered two more different types of artwork for my beautiful German Shepherd. I cannot wait to see the outcome. I wish I could attach a photo of what I received today. Thank you TEDOOO!!!! So looking forward to my next two projects I’m working with you!!

I received something from this company that was not even mine. It’s a picture of a dog named “Niko“. It’s supposed to be some sort of 3-D relief rendition of the dog’s head and facial features with his name and paws at the bottom. Cute enough for the correct person but I’m sure someone is expecting this and it wasn’t me. They totally screwed this order up. Not my order!

Sometimes you order something on line and hope it is close to what is pictured. I ordered a mosaic rendering of a beloved dog who has passed and WOW! It is absolutely gorgeous and made me cry when i opened it. Thank you!!!!

IS A SCAM, THE PRODUCT IS FAIR BUT IS NOTHING AT ALL NOT EVEN CLOSE AS ADVERTISED, THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH FOR A PRINT IN GLASS. THE ADVERTISED PRODUCT SHOWED CUTTED GLASS LIKE REALLY CUTTED GLASS SO I ORDER 2. I WAS SCAMED OUT OF $300 I WILL REQUEST A REFUND OR FILE A COMPLAINT ON MY CREDIT CARD THE PRODUCT IS A PRINT ON GLASS. NOT CUTTED GLASS AS ADVERTISED.

I am completely disappointed and unsatisfied with this product.
1st I paid $150 for this picture which I was happy to as it was a picture of my late baby who was very sick and had to let her go was very excited and couldn’t wait to get, it arrived today to find out it wasn’t anything like the add described it to be $150 for a picture I could have printed myself and stuck it to a pine board in the shape of a square and the picture was printed on a piece of fabric canvas or something very unhappy customer thanks for taking my $150 and screwing me never again will I buy anything from this company and to think I almost bought 2 so glad I waited to see this one

Ordering was easy enough. Contacting and support assistance was crap. Made several enquires and no responses whatsoever. The product description vs the product received is completely different. The description has you believe it is a resin/glass design. The received item is painting on canvas with a very light epoxy like coating over a half inch wood frame. Not at all what I expected. I was envisioning a solid wood piece with layers of design and epoxy coating. Not satisfied but it is very nice and will need to accept the item as is.

Well it's advertised as acrilic not canvas.
It's a gift I'll keep it but very disappointed ☹️

I ordered a custom resin artwork in memory of a dog who passed away, so this was a very meaningful and sentimental purchase. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the resin artwork I ordered, I received what looked like a cheap canvas photo that was poorly stapled together. It was completely different from what I paid for.

When I requested a refund, the seller decided on their own to make a replacement without asking me or confirming that I wanted one. They are now refusing to issue a refund because they made a replacement and claim the order is no longer refundable. That is unacceptable. I never agreed to a replacement, and the seller should not be able to make that decision on my behalf and then use it as a reason to deny my refund.

This was a gift meant to honor a beloved pet, and after waiting a month, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. I simply wanted a refund for an item that was completely different from what I ordered. I would not recommend this seller based on the poor quality, lack of communication, and refusal to take responsibility for their mistake.

This item is nothing like the picture and VERY overpriced for a light canvas with shine. I’m so disappointed that I spent over $100 on this. I will tell everyone do not get scammed like I did. Poor quality.

Horrible mass produced garbage! I waited months for a glass mosaic of my two dogs. Not only was it one solid piece with some crappy texture over a printed picture. The colors were washed out my dogs look like they were deformed one look like he had only one eyelid and the other eye was bulging out. It looked nothing like the AI rendition that they said the product would look like…. It took forever and once I got it, I was so disappointed. I reached out to them and they offered me another replacement product. They would not give me my money back so I am out over $100 on a piece of junk that’s gonna go in the trash! This company makes money handover fist claiming that it’s individual artist, but it’s literally probably child slave labor in China!
What a ripoff!!!
Buyer be warned!

I have never been so disappointed with something. My dimensions must be different than yours. Also, it said something about glass. This is just stretched tarp paper over a cheap wooden frame that I paid all that money for.
If you’re thinking about purchasing one of these don’t. I hope they do what’s right and give me part of my money back, which I seriously doubt since it came off of Facebook.

Sorry I couldn't give a 0 star but wasn't available. I ordered a product for my wife as we recently lost our dog and they offered something unique to remember him by but they took advantage of our vulnerable spot. I ordered the product at the end of July 2026. I didn't hear from them for weeks and only after I reached out, they laid the wrong address was given on me. 10+ emails later over 3 weeks, I finally gave up. I asked them to just refund my money, they wouldn't. I asked for a replacement, they wouldn't. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, N O T using them as they have no clue about customer service. I am out 100+ dollars and by reporting to the BBB and multiple reporting companies, I PRAY, they loose thousands and go out of business. DON'T USE THEM!!!!

Received my order today which cost me £122.82 and whilst I don't doubt that the quality of the print is good, it is not as described and is exactly what I said it was, which was a print on canvas glued to a wooden frame.

During the order process their website talks about resin etc, making it sound like something special, but it's a print that you can buy online from the likes of Photobox for £24 for a top of their range print, so do yourself a favour and don't be stupid like me and get yourself ripped off to the tune of circa £100.

I bought this for a special friend for their Christmas as I wanted something special for them, but I won't be giving them this.

I was very pleased with the workmanship / Just beautiful and looks exactly like our cat.
