Great Afternoon out
Took my 7 year old son to Tenpin for the afternoon. We did the Pirates Escape Room which he really enjoyed and the staff were amazing
A game of bowling and some time in the soft play
Very happy with our day out and will be coming back

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
Bowling was great fun, acarda was good on the most part but one game just failed to work for us even though we already put money into it. Also the bowling lanes were quite dirty with previous bowlers food stuff just laying around and no staff can to clear for at least another hour. Would go back though

We normally go to Hollywood Bowl but coming to Tenpin is so much better, the boys love playing the arcade games after we have played bowling as Tenpin have so much more than Hollwood Bowl.

The staff were lovely was very helpful the room was clean and it was a very fun experience only thing that could have made it better some more ventilation in the room it got very stuffy very fast and more diverse songs to pick from but otherwise every fun and would definitely come back

Typical bowling centre - not 5*, not awful
Typical bowling centre. Understaff and staff not that worried about customer service (long waits at reception, food left without checking anything is needed, long waits at bar to get condiments for food).
Reasonable value (when booked with offer), kids happy at experience.

It was a nightmare my son sat in chewing gum on your seats, the bumpers wouldn't come down or when they did straight back up like on a loop, the food came out cold and the server spilt coke on me so to be fair not great

Not the best
We keep going to TenPin because it’s cheaper and closer than King Pin. It’s hard work checking in - I feel like this should be so much easier. You have to walk to the furthest point in the building, through packed seating areas and then queue in a muddle of bar customers. Then it’s back to the lanes to find out it’s broken and then back to the bar. Drinks to lanes are 20+ minutes. Tables are dirty.

Love coming to tenpin
Love coming to tenpin, plenty to do bowling, lazertag pool etc great to have it all in the same place. Prices reasonable too, great place for family gathering or even a night out with friends

Perfect day
Can't fault any of the staff, when adding to our booking in the phone it was easy, when in the venue (Stoke) all staff were so helpful, kind and pleasant to talk to. We all had a wonderful time bowling and in the karaoke room, thanks everyone!
