Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the management. The manager was not helpful at all and did not seem interested in supporting or helping customers. Overall, the management needs significant improvement.

As soon as we arrived our lance was…
As soon as we arrived our lane was ready .. no waiting for people to finish their game , really good fun ..
Only issue was music far too loud and there are so many other noisy game machines there. Can hardly have a conversation . Everything so loud .. Too much background noise.

The environment was amazing
The environment was amazing. Had a good time. The only thing is I would have liked to have seen the bowling alley cleaned before we came. But other than that it was awesome

Overall great …
Easy location to find and booking process was easy to follow online. Although there wasn't many people staff didn't seem in a rush to help you on the counter. Bowling was fun for our group although there isn't many balls size options. The arcade and pool sections were great

Great Afternoon out
Took my 7 year old son to Tenpin for the afternoon. We did the Pirates Escape Room which he really enjoyed and the staff were amazing
A game of bowling and some time in the soft play
Very happy with our day out and will be coming back

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
Bowling was great fun, acarda was good on the most part but one game just failed to work for us even though we already put money into it. Also the bowling lanes were quite dirty with previous bowlers food stuff just laying around and no staff can to clear for at least another hour. Would go back though
