The Dustpan and Brush Store Avis 

I ordered a few items from the Dust Pan and Brush Store and am very happy with all of them, as described/shown, good quality, fair price. Thank you.

I was able to find the exact eco dish brush that I needed to fit a pre-existing handle. Great service and delivery.

I had a reply from Kim telling me that they did their best to resolve the issue which consisted of sending me another useless article exactly the same as the one I complained about. Surely, it would have been cheaper for them to have paid the postage for me to have sent the first useless one back to them. Clearly a brain dead company.

I ordered the rubber broom and brush set via the B & Q website. The items arrived quickly and were well packed. The broom is really useful to clear away water after pressure washing and for larger areas of artificial grass. I then use the brush to get out moss, leaves, etc. to make the grass look new. It’s such a useful set and I would highly recommend the service and quality of products from this company.

Recently built a large bathroom extension/wetroom for my disabled wife. Opted for tiling as being easy to clean but chose too light a grout. Only way to clean it was on hands and knees with a scrubbing brush which at 78 is a bit taxing. Saw this companies products online and bought angled long handled grout brush and results with a bit of bleach are astounding. Solid product easy to assemble and use. Also bought telescopic tile cleaning kit which seems of similar quality.

Found great new use for telescopic tile cleaner. Its shape and pads are great for cleaning skirting boards especially behind beds etc. without kneeling down. Also in corners where steam and normal mops do not reach. Removes spider poop etc no problem

I ordered something for my dad (on the 23rd August) and it did not arrive on time so we waited patiently for another week and still it did not arrive. i called the the dustpan and brush store and a woman answered and after I gace her the address details she said that the item was damaged in transit and was returned to the depot (something about EVRI). I asked her why I wasn't informed about this and why another one wasn't sent out automatically. She didn't have a clue what to say other than ' we are a small family-run business'. I thought what does that have to do with my order? i asked her how long it would take for another one to be sent today and she could give no guarantee.
Totally shoddy service. My advice is spend abit more money and get a better service.

Products are strong but also beautiful. Strange description for such mundane domestic tools. But they are.

Bought the patio painting brush.Not only do you get two heads but also a free 4" hand brush.I used this not for a patio bottle for a garage roof and found it absolutely marvellous. This is spreading thick waterproofer not thin paint.
I would recommend this product to anyone.Nice to use a well made British product.

I wanted a sturdy dustpan and brush for outside usage and that is exactly what I received and, at a very reasonable price. Super fast delivery. The dustpan is well made and the brush bristles are firm and not coming loose. Excellent product and company. It was a delight to be able to buy British!!

I’ve bought a long handled brush & dustpan. It arrived earlier than stated when I ordered so I was delighted. It has handles that screw together allowing you to customise the height of the handles. It is well made & sturdy. It also sweeps up much better than my old set.

Pretty much like every else on here, very happy with the Indoor Long Handled Dustpan & Brush Set purchased via Amazon. Cleverly designed and solidly made. Just the job!

It was just what l needed. the nail brush cleaned my hands and nails even after l had spent 3 hrs in the garden , with no cloves weeding. great tool.
